Move a loaded Euro pallet between workstations without bringing a forklift into every stage of the process. This low Euro pallet dolly is designed for standard 1200 × 800 mm pallets and supports loads up to 800 kg. It is a practical mobile base for production, packing and warehouse work where palletised materials need to remain easy to reposition.
The fixed 305 mm height keeps the pallet close to floor level. A welded steel frame supports the load, while four bearing-mounted, Ø 200 mm solid rubber castors help the pallet dolly roll over suitable indoor industrial floors. Solid rubber tyres cannot be punctured, making them well suited to regular material handling in busy work areas.

When materials move through several work stages, lifting and setting down the same items repeatedly takes time. This low Euro pallet dolly turns a standard 1200 × 800 mm pallet into a mobile load base. It allows palletised parts, components or packed goods to be repositioned as one unit within a suitable indoor work area.
At 305 mm high, the pallet dolly keeps the pallet lower than a raised, working-height pallet trolley. This can suit floor-level material flow, low storage positions and processes where a compact mobile base is preferred. Remember that 305 mm is the height of the dolly itself. The final height also includes the pallet and the goods loaded on it.
The four castors have a diameter of 200 mm and use solid rubber tyres. Their bearings support rolling under load, while the solid construction removes the risk of punctures. This is useful in industrial areas where a damaged pneumatic tyre could interrupt material flow.
The fixed-height frame is made from welded steel. Its open construction supports the edges of the correct 1200 × 800 mm pallet while keeping the dolly simple and easy to recognise within the work area. Use only a pallet that sits correctly on the frame and is in serviceable condition.
