This pallet contains 64 red plastic moving crates for workplace moves, repeated transport and storage. Each crate is suited to heavier contents and can be cleaned and used again after unloading.
The 52-litre plastic moving crate measures 600 x 400 x 300 mm externally and 540 x 340 x 285 mm internally. Integrated hand holes on opposing sides provide practical lifting points. The colour runs through the plastic rather than being applied only to the surface.
White lids are available separately. Custom logo printing is also available from a minimum order of 100 crates.

These plastic moving crates combine two useful functions in one design. In the stacking position, the shaped corners and rim support the crate above. When the crates are filled slightly below the supporting rim, they can be placed on top of one another without the upper crate pressing directly on the contents below.
Rotate the empty crates 180 degrees and they nest inside one another. Nesting reduces the space needed in a vehicle, warehouse or temporary storage area after unloading. This stack-and-nest principle is especially useful in repeated transport cycles: correctly filled crates form orderly stacks for the outward journey, while empty crates take up less room on the return journey.
Integrated hand holes on opposing sides provide clear lifting points. The structure is light yet sturdy, which supports straightforward manual handling. For longer transfers, the crates can also be moved with a suitable sack truck. Plastic construction also helps when crates are handled in damp conditions. The crate withstands moisture and can be placed on the ground during normal handling.
A reusable plastic storage crate is useful beyond a single move. It can hold loose goods during workplace relocations, support repeated transfers between work areas and provide organised storage between transport cycles. Using one consistent crate size also makes it easier to estimate how many containers a project requires.
The solid structure is designed not to sag at the base or give way at the sides during ordinary use. This is particularly valuable when the same containers are packed, carried, emptied and returned to storage again and again. Because the crates stack without relying on their contents for support, the load remains separated from the crate above when packed to the correct level.
After use, wash the plastic moving crates with water and detergent. Straightforward cleaning prepares them for the next move, transfer or storage task.
The plastic raw material is recyclable, and the durable construction supports a long service life. The same crate can serve through multiple packing, transport and storage cycles. Recycling options depend on the collection and processing services available at the end of the product’s life.
White lids can be ordered for these crates when the contents need a separate cover. The lids are optional accessories and are not included in the pallet of 64 red plastic moving crates. Confirm the required number of lids when placing the order.
The crates can be personalised with a company logo for easier identification and a consistent appearance in shared storage or transport environments. Choose white or black hot-foil printing. The logo can be applied to both short sides or to both long sides of the crate. The minimum quantity for custom printing is 100 crates.
