When loads get heavier and routes get longer, the 100 Series table trolley keeps material moving without slowing the day down. With a load capacity of up to 800 kg, this heavy-duty table trolley is a solid choice for warehouses, production support and maintenance work where stability matters just as much as mobility.
The electro-galvanised steel tube frame gives the trolley a rigid, durable structure for demanding environments. Two laminate shelves provide a hard-wearing surface for cartons, components, tools and packed goods, while the 520 mm clearance between shelf levels leaves room for taller items and more practical loading.
The 100 Series shelf trolley is available with or without brakes and in three sizes:
Two fixed and two swivel solid rubber castors, Ø 200 mm, help the trolley track straight and turn smoothly under load.

This table trolley with a load capacity of up to 800 kg, the 100 Series table trolley is built for demanding daily use. It is a practical choice when the route includes long aisles, loading areas, floor joints or busy work zones where the trolley still needs to stay easy to control under weight. The design is straightforward on purpose: a strong frame, two durable shelves and wheel equipment that supports smooth handling in real working conditions.
A maximum load of up to 800 kg gives you more freedom to combine items on the same run and reduce unnecessary handling. That often means fewer journeys between storage, packing, assembly and dispatch. Fewer trips save time, but just as importantly, they help keep material where the next job actually starts.
At the core of the 100 Series workshop trolley is an electro-galvanised steel tube frame. That frame gives the trolley its rigid, dependable feel, which matters when the load is heavy and the route is not always perfect. In demanding environments, transport equipment has to cope with bumps, repeated use and constant movement from one area to another. The electro-galvanised finish also supports long service life in workplaces where equipment needs to stay reliable and presentable over time.
The two shelves are made from high-quality laminate board, giving the trolley a durable loading surface for everyday use. Laminate works well when the trolley is used for cartons, tools, components, containers and other handled goods that need a stable platform during transport. The surface is hard-wearing, and it also helps soften some of the rattling that bare metal contact can create in busy work areas.
Two shelf levels make it easier to separate goods, keep items within reach and use the trolley efficiently on a single run. The distance between the shelves is 520 mm, which gives useful clearance for taller items, stacked materials and many common workplace containers. That extra space matters when you want the trolley to do more than carry flat boxes.
This heavy-duty table trolley is fitted with two fixed and two swivel solid rubber castors with a diameter of 200 mm. That combination helps the trolley roll in a stable line while still giving the operator the steering control needed for turns, positioning and manoeuvring.
The larger wheel diameter helps the trolley move more smoothly across typical workplace surfaces, including floor joints and transitions between areas. Under heavy load, that matters. A trolley that stays composed is easier to guide, easier to place and easier to trust through a full shift. Solid rubber castors suit demanding indoor use where dependable rolling performance matters more than anything else.
Different work areas need different levels of wheel control, which is why the 100 Series table trolley is available both with and without brakes. In many environments, a non-braked model is enough for straightforward transport on level floors. In other locations, especially where loading, unloading or temporary positioning is part of the task, a braked version adds useful control and extra confidence.
The 100 Series heavy-duty table trolley is available in three overall sizes, so it is easier to match the trolley both to the goods being moved and to the space available on site.
