8000 Series 4-shelf order picking trolley gives you one mobile unit for temporary storage and internal transport, so goods can be collected, organised and moved forward without adding extra handling in between. You have four shelf levels to work with, a total load capacity of 250 kg, four easy-swivelling castors and a choice of lengths from 815 mm up to 1395 mm. The top three adjustable shelves can be positioned as needed, the trolley is available with or without brakes, and it is also available without side mesh.

Adjustable shelves add real day-to-day value

That gives the trolley much more day-to-day value than a fixed-shelf layout. Easy to manoeuvre and available with or without brakes

The option to choose the trolley with or without brakes makes it easier to match the product to the working environment. A non-braked version can be a sensible choice where routes are smooth and the trolley stays in near-constant motion. A braked version gives more control where goods are loaded and unloaded repeatedly or where the trolley needs to stay parked during picking.

Choose side mesh based on the way goods are handled

The trolley is also available without side mesh, which adds another useful choice. With side mesh, the trolley can offer more containment for goods that benefit from a more defined side boundary during movement. Without side mesh, side access is more open, which can be useful when goods are handled quickly from the side or when the load shape changes often.
