Adjustable assembly table for production, packing and service work

Small parts, tools and workpieces often need their own place beside the main bench. When that extra surface can move, adjust and tilt, the whole workstation becomes easier to use. This adjustable assembly table gives operators a compact support table for tasks where the working height, viewing angle and position of the materials change during the shift. It works well beside an assembly bench, packing station, inspection point, maintenance table or production line where parts must stay close to hand without taking over the main work surface.

Gas spring height adjustment

The working height adjusts from 605–865 mm. This range helps the adjustable assembly table support both sitting and standing work. At the lower end, the tray can be used beside a chair or a low workbench for small assembly, inspection, sorting or light repair tasks. At the higher end, it serves as a mobile work table beside a packing bench, production line or service area where items need to be lifted closer to the user. A correct working height reduces unnecessary bending and reaching. The gas spring also keeps the adjustment fast and straightforward. The operator can adapt the table to the task without bringing in tools, finding a socket or moving the whole workstation around a fixed bench height.

Stepless 0–45° tilting top for better access

The tray tilts steplessly from 0–45°. This makes it easier to set parts, bins or tools at an angle that suits the task. A tilted top can improve visibility when checking components, picking parts from a container, reading labels or keeping small items within easy reach. It also helps when the table is used as an auxiliary table beside a larger bench and the operator needs a clearer view without leaning over the work surface. The steel tray has a raised front edge. This lipped edge helps stop items from sliding off when the top is tilted. For workshops and production areas, that matters. Screws, fittings, sleeves, small tools and packaged parts are easier to keep together when the tray is shaped to hold them in place.

100 kg load capacity and 40 kg lifting capacity

The table is designed for professional use with a 100 kg load capacity. The gas spring lifting capacity is 40 kg, which supports height adjustment when the tray is loaded within its intended use. This makes the adjustable assembly table a practical choice for parts bins, tool sets, small assemblies and work materials used in production, maintenance and packing. The steel construction gives the table a firm, industrial feel. In everyday work, the benefit is not only the load rating. It is also the ability to keep frequently used materials at the same level as the task. When items are placed correctly, the operator spends less time lifting, turning and reaching. The main bench stays clearer, and the auxiliary table can follow the job from one workstation to another.

Mobile material stand on braked castors

Mobility is one of the key reasons to choose this product. Four Ø 75 mm swivel castors allow the table to be moved around the work area when the layout changes or the next task starts. Two of the castors are fitted with brakes, so the table can be locked in place when the tray needs to stay steady. This balance between easy movement and secure stopping is useful in production cells, repair areas, stores and packing lines. Because the table is compact, it can be placed close to the point of use.

ESD version for sensitive components

An ESD assembly table version is available for work areas where electrostatic discharge must be controlled. This is important in electronics assembly, testing and maintenance, where sensitive components can be damaged by static discharge. The ESD-protected model is intended for use as part of an ESD-controlled workstation setup.
