Keep EUR boxes in the right position for the job. This adjustable Euro container trolley is built for workplaces where the same cart may be used for picking, replenishment and temporary storage during one shift. The electro-galvanised 25 mm steel tube frame has 105 mounting holes, allowing support rails to be fitted straight or at 16°, 30° or 40° angles. Set the boxes horizontally for storage or tilt them towards the operator when parts need to be picked quickly.
The trolley measures 470 x 585 x 1880 mm and carries up to 150 kg. Four 100 mm swivel castors make it easy to move between workstations, warehouse aisles and packing areas. Choose the model with four swivel castors, or the version with two braked castors for extra stability when the trolley is loaded and parked.
The trolley is supplied without support rails and shelves, so you can build the layout around your own EUR boxes and process. An ESD-protected model is also available.

When small parts, tools or packed goods are picked all day, the position of the box has a direct effect on speed and comfort. This adjustable Euro container trolley gives you one mobile frame that can be set up for different tasks instead of locking the workplace into one fixed layout. It is designed for EUR boxes and Euro containers used in warehouses, production areas, packing stations, maintenance stores and assembly work.
The main advantage is the adjustable frame. The trolley has 105 mounting holes, and the shelf height can be set between 15 and 1820 mm. This gives plenty of room to place boxes at the correct working height and to choose how many shelf levels are needed for the job. Low positions can be used for heavier boxes, while higher positions keep frequently used items close to hand. Because the layout can be changed, the trolley is a practical choice for changing product ranges, seasonal picking, work cells and maintenance areas where the contents do not stay the same from month to month.
The support rails can be installed horizontally or at 16°, 30° or 40° angles. A straight position is useful when EUR boxes are mainly used for storage or when contents must stay level during movement. A tilted position brings the box opening towards the user, making parts easier to see and reach. This flexibility also makes the adjustable bin trolley easy to fit into existing work routines. With the same Euro container trolley, the configuration can be built around the process instead of forcing the process to fit a ready-made shelf layout.
The frame is made from electro-galvanised metal with 25 mm steel tube construction. This gives the trolley a clean, robust structure for daily indoor use in industrial and logistics environments. The open frame keeps the trolley easy to inspect and simple to load from the front. Its compact outside dimensions, 470 x 585 x 1880 mm, give it a small footprint of about 0.28 m², so it can be positioned close to a workstation, beside a packing bench or at the end of a shelving row without taking unnecessary floor space.
The trolley is fitted with four swivel castors, each with a diameter of 100 mm. Swivel castors make the trolley easy to manoeuvre in tight spaces, turn around workstations and align beside shelves or packing tables. This is important when EUR boxes need to follow the work, for example from goods receiving to storage, from storage to assembly, or from picking to packing.
Two model options are available. The standard model has four swivel castors for flexible movement. The second model has four swivel castors, two of which are braked. The braked version is useful when the trolley must stay in place during picking, loading or replenishment. The parking brake adds extra security when the trolley is loaded and parked, especially in areas where operators regularly remove or replace boxes during the working day.
The Euro container trolley is supplied without support rails and shelves. This is useful when the required number of shelf levels varies by department, box height or product type. Instead of buying a fixed trolley with shelf positions that may not suit the task, you can select the required amount of rails and shelves according to your own use. This also makes it easier to standardise one trolley frame across several work areas while still allowing different layouts.
An ESD-protected model is available for workplaces where electrostatic discharge control is required. This can be relevant in electronics production, repair work and other areas where static-sensitive components are handled. Choose the ESD version when the trolley needs to be part of an ESD-controlled work area, and check that all accessories and containers used with it match your internal ESD requirements.
