2-Channel Cable Protector for Narrow Cable Runs

This 2-channel cable protector covers two narrower cable runs in one compact section. Electrical, data or control cables can be placed in separate channels, helping to keep the layout orderly and reduce direct exposure to everyday contact. The unit can be used for temporary layouts or fixed installations, depending on how it is mounted and how the area is used. The body is made from oil- and frost-resistant hard rubber and has a non-slip surface. Multiple units can be connected to form a longer cable run.

Two Channels for Clear Cable Routing

A two-channel layout is useful when two cables or two groups of narrower cables need to follow the same route. Keeping the runs in separate channels makes the installation easier to understand and helps prevent loose cables from becoming mixed together beneath one cover. This can be helpful for power, data and control cabling, provided the installation follows the applicable electrical and site requirements.

Modular Cable Protection for Straight Runs and Bends

One section covers 980 mm of a route. If a longer run is needed, several sections can be joined together. This modular construction lets the length follow the actual layout instead of forcing the installation into a fixed standard size. It also makes the cable protection easier to adapt when equipment, workstations or temporary installations are moved.

Optional left- and right-hand corner pieces are available for routes that need to turn. The corner direction should be selected according to the planned cable path. Straight sections and corner pieces can then form a cleaner route around equipment or through a space where a direct line is not practical.

Oil- and Frost-Resistant Hard Rubber

The rubber cable protector is made for conditions where ordinary lightweight cable covers may not be the right choice. Its hard-rubber construction is resistant to oil and frost, supporting use in demanding work areas and changing temperatures. This makes the product relevant to warehouses, workshops, production areas, loading areas and temporary installations where cables need a defined route.

Sturdy Hinged Lid and Non-Slip Surface

The lid gives direct access to both channels. Cables can be placed from above rather than pulled through the full length of the unit, which is useful when the route changes or a cable has to be replaced. After the cables are positioned, the lid should be closed fully and checked along the complete run. A non-slip surface helps provide grip where people pass over the protector. The sloped profile also creates a more gradual transition over the cable route than leaving cables exposed on the floor.

Carry Handle for Easier Positioning

An integrated carry handle makes each section easier to lift, move and place. This is useful when cable routes are installed for temporary work, events or changing production layouts. The handle also helps during storage and when sections are collected after use. For a fixed installation, ready-made mounting holes allow the 2-channel cable protector to be bolted to the ground.
