Concrete does not always arrive where it needs to be poured. The Clipso concrete wheelbarrow provides a 100 L steel tray for carrying concrete, mortar and other building materials across the site. Its 1.2 mm tray is reinforced for demanding use, and a 100% polyester paint finish helps protect the steel surface.
A 400 mm puncture-proof wheel removes the need to inflate a tyre and avoids delays caused by ordinary punctures. Dual-material handles provide a comfortable grip, while the front tipping bar helps when emptying the tray. The Clipso frame can be assembled without tools.

The tray is formed from 1.2 mm steel sheet and has a ribbed surface. The ribs and the supporting frame give the tray a firm structure for repeated handling. Its 100 L capacity provides room for the materials used on a regular site run. The tray can hold a variety of suitable building materials, but the appropriate fill level depends on their weight, how they sit in the tray and the route ahead.
Clipso’s black tray has a 100% polyester paint finish. The coating helps protect the steel surface from corrosion during normal use. After moving concrete or mortar, remove residue from the tray before it hardens. Cleaning also makes it easier to see whether the paint has been scraped during work.
A flat tyre can interrupt a simple material run. This concrete wheelbarrow uses a puncture-proof wheel with a diameter of 400 mm, so there is no tyre pressure to maintain and an ordinary puncture will not stop the next trip. The large wheel helps the operator guide the barrow over small changes in level along a site route.
The Clipso concrete wheelbarrow has three lifting eyes. They allow the barrow to be repositioned with suitable lifting equipment when a site route cannot be completed entirely on the ground. Maximum load is 150 kg for the lifting eyes. Plan the lift using the weight of the wheelbarrow as well as the material inside it, and use lifting gear appropriate for the intended operation. The wheelbarrow itself weighs 13 kg.
