Combimaster is designed for work where the required access height and ladder position can change from one task to the next. The same professional aluminium combination ladder can stand independently as a double-sided stepladder or be set up as a long extension ladder. This two-section combination ladder is useful when storage space matters and when moving several separate ladders around a workshop, warehouse or maintenance site would add unnecessary handling. Aluminium keeps the ladder practical to handle, while the riveted rung connections, standard stabiliser bar, anti-splay Perlon strap and high-friction foot caps support stable positioning.

Two ladder configurations in one unit

In the free-standing configuration, Combimaster forms a double-sided stepladder. It does not need to lean against a wall or another supporting surface, making this position useful when the work point must be approached from an open area. Access from both sides also gives the user more choice when deciding where to position the ladder.

For tasks that require more reach, the same unit converts into an extension ladder. In this position, it provides the additional length needed for use against a suitable supporting surface. Instead of storing one stepladder and one separate extension ladder, a business can cover both access requirements with a single combination ladder.

Professional construction for regular use

The rungs are fixed to the side stiles with riveted connections. This creates a firm joint between the climbing surface and the ladder frame. Each rung is 30 mm deep, giving the user a clearly defined foothold in both the stepladder and extension ladder configurations.

A stabiliser bar is included as standard. It widens the base at floor level and helps control sideways movement when the ladder is positioned correctly. Because the bar is part of the standard equipment, it does not need to be ordered as a separate accessory.

The feet are fitted with replaceable caps made from a 2-component rubber compound. Their high-friction surface improves contact between the ladder and its supporting surface. Worn foot caps can be replaced without changing the complete ladder, provided the correct spare parts are used.

When Combimaster is used as a double-sided stepladder, a strong Perlon anti-splay strap prevents the two sections from sliding apart. Its condition is easy to include in a routine pre-use check.
