Durable traffic safety mirror for industrial use

Both the mirror face and the frame are made from stainless steel. This gives the traffic safety mirror a corrosion-resistant surface suited to demanding locations and changing weather. Stainless steel is also a robust choice for areas where the mirror may face knocks, dirt, moisture or occasional splashes during daily work.

The frame forms a firm support around the mirror face and helps the unit keep its shape when temperatures and site conditions change. Its weather- and impact-resistant construction suits active work areas where an ordinary indoor fitting may not be enough.

Orange polycarbonate hood reduces glare

The orange sun hood is made from polycarbonate. It shields the upper part of the mirror from direct sunlight and strong overhead lighting, helping to reduce glare across the reflected image. That matters at outdoor intersections, loading yards and doorways where the direction of the light changes during the day. It can also help in production halls with bright lights above the traffic route.

Three sizes for different viewing areas

The traffic mirror is available in two round sizes and one rectangular size. .

• Ø 320 mm round: a compact option for short indoor sightlines, machine areas and smaller aisle intersections.
• Ø 490 mm round: suited to warehouse main aisles, loading doors and locations where a larger reflected view is useful.
• 600 × 800 mm rectangular: provides a wider format for car parks, yards and larger traffic areas.

Post-mounting brackets included

The round Ø 320 mm and Ø 490 mm mirrors are supplied with a post-mounting bracket for a 50 mm post. The 600 × 800 mm rectangular mirror is supplied with a bracket for a 60 mm post. The standard versions can therefore be installed on correctly sized posts in warehouse, production, yard and parking areas.

A separate wall bracket is available as an optional extra, providing an alternative when no suitable post is available. Before ordering, check the intended mounting surface, the mirror shape and the post diameter. Confirming these details early helps avoid unnecessary changes during installation.
