A manual double scissor lift table makes it easier to raise parts, boxes and other loads to a practical working height while moving them between workstations. The foot pump needs no mains connection or battery charging, making the trolley a straightforward choice for assembly, installation and loading or unloading work.
The double-scissor mechanism provides greater vertical reach than a single-scissor design. QuickLift raises an empty platform rapidly with fewer pedal strokes, after which normal pumping gives controlled lifting. The platform is lowered with a hand control, while an overload valve protects the hydraulic system.

Single-scissor and battery-powered models are also available for different lifting requirements.

When a task calls for more lift height, a manual double scissor lift table provides extended vertical travel without relying on mains power or a battery. It combines a mobile trolley, a height-adjustable platform and a foot-operated lifting system in one practical unit. The load can be moved to the next work area and positioned at a more suitable height for the job.
The hydraulic scissor lift table is raised by pressing the foot pump, so it can be used wherever the work is taking place. There is no power cable to route across the floor and no battery to charge or maintain. This makes a foot-pump lift table useful when lifting is required at several locations or when access to an electrical supply is limited. QuickLift is used with an empty platform. It speeds up the initial movement and brings the platform towards the required height with fewer pedal strokes.
A double scissor lift table uses two linked scissor sections to provide more vertical travel. The extra height matters when components must be positioned at a higher assembly point, goods need to be presented at an elevated work level or loads must be aligned with other equipment. The trolley remains mobile, so the same unit can support lifting and positioning tasks in different parts of a facility.
Each double scissor lift trolley has four PU castors: two fixed castors and two swivel castors with brakes. The fixed pair helps the trolley track in the intended direction, while the swivel pair supports steering and positioning. Once the trolley is in place, the brakes help prevent unwanted movement while the platform is raised, lowered or used at working height. Foot guards are fitted around the castors to add protection near the operator’s feet.
The hydraulic system includes an overload valve to protect the pump and lifting mechanism from excessive pressure. It does not replace the need to stay within the stated load capacity: 350 kg for DoubleLift 350 and 750 kg for DoubleLift 750. Both double scissor lift tables are CE marked and compliant with EN 1570. Braked swivel castors, castor foot guards and controlled hand-operated lowering complement the overload protection. Together, these features help keep the trolley controlled when it is used correctly and within its rated limits.
