A practical 2-drum spill pallet solution

The tray has room for two upright 200 L drums and provides a simple way to organise them as one contained storage unit. In everyday use, it serves the same purpose as a 2-drum spill pallet: the drums are kept inside a raised steel boundary, and any leakage is directed into the tray instead of spreading freely across the floor.

This is especially useful for waste oil, lubricants and other compatible industrial liquids stored in drums. It can also support temporary staging when drums are waiting to be used, collected or moved to another work area. The open design keeps the drums visible, so routine checks can be carried out without opening a cabinet or enclosure. The liquid stored in the drums must always be compatible with the powder-coated sheet steel.

Designed to sit on a standard EUR pallet

Many warehouses and factories already use EUR pallets throughout their material flow. Building the containment setup around the same 1200 × 800 mm format helps the tray fit established handling routines. The underlying pallet gives common warehouse equipment a familiar lifting point and can be approached with a suitable pallet truck or forklift. Retaining lips at the lower corners help the steel spill containment tray stay seated on the pallet and reduce sideways movement during positioning.

Two heights for different storage needs

The spill tray is available in two heights: 160 mm and 415 mm. Both versions use the same practical EUR pallet concept, but they suit different layouts and working methods.

• 160 mm low-profile version: a useful choice where the overall access height needs to remain low or where drums are handled frequently.
• 415 mm high-sided version: provides a deeper collection area for sites that prefer higher sides around the drums.

Hard-wearing sheet steel construction

The tray is made from durable sheet steel for repeated use in industrial environments. Steel gives the tray a firm, rigid structure. It is a practical material for warehouses, workshops and production areas where equipment is handled frequently and occasional knocks are part of daily work.

A blue powder-coated finish gives the surface a neat, professional appearance and helps protect it from normal wear. The blue finish also makes the containment area easy to identify during routine checks. Powder coating does not make one tray suitable for every chemical. Before using the product with solvents, process liquids or waste chemicals, confirm that the material and finish are compatible with the substance being stored.

Folded edges and corner retainers support handling

The upper edges are folded to create a more secure grip when the empty tray is lifted and placed onto the EUR pallet. The folded profile also gives the top rim a clean, finished shape. At the bottom corners, retaining features help locate the tray on the pallet and keep it from sliding freely as the unit is positioned.
