The Easy Rider® combines a black rubber body with bright yellow reflective tape and cat’s-eye reflectors. This high-contrast design makes the speed bump easier to notice in daylight, darkness and low-light conditions. Drivers receive a clear prompt to reduce speed before they reach the controlled point.

A rubber speed bump is useful where a sign alone may not create a strong enough reminder to slow down. Easy Rider® is manufactured from 100% recycled rubber. The material gives the unit a solid but slightly flexible construction that can follow minor variations in the road surface. It is a practical alternative to forming a permanent asphalt or concrete hump when a ready-made speed control product is preferred.

The rubber speed bump is maintenance-free in normal use and is suitable for both temporary and permanent installations. A temporary layout can be useful when traffic routes change during site work or seasonal operations. For a permanent layout, the same modular format makes it straightforward to define the required span before installation.

Two centre-section lengths

The Easy Rider® centre section is available in two lengths. Both options have the same width and height, so the choice depends on the required coverage across the traffic route.

Centre section, end caps and fixings

This product consists of the main Easy Rider® speed bump centre section. Rounded end caps are not included and must be ordered separately. Fixing accessories are also available separately for installation. The end caps provide a rounded finish at the outside edges of the completed layout.

Suitable for temporary or permanent traffic control

A permanent installation can help establish a consistent low-speed point at an entrance, crossing area or internal vehicle route. Temporary use is helpful when a traffic pattern changes or when speed control is required only for a particular period. The modular design also makes later changes easier to plan. If the controlled route is altered, the centre sections and separately purchased end caps can be removed and repositioned as part of the new layout.
