EdmoLift C-Series low profile scissor lift tables for pallet handling

Handling a pallet at floor level may make loading simple, but it can leave the operator bending and reaching throughout the task. An EdmoLift C-Series low profile scissor lift table raises the load to a more suitable working height. The operator can then load, unload or work from the pallet without repeatedly reaching down to floor level.

The three models on this page each have a 1,000 kg lifting capacity, an 80 mm closed height and an 800 mm maximum platform height. Because they close to just 80 mm, the tables can stand directly on the floor without a pit. The main choice is the platform: the CUB 1000 has a U-shaped platform for pallet truck loading, while the CCB models provide a solid platform in two widths.

Low closed height without a floor pit

A conventional lift table may need to be installed in a pit when its platform must sit close to floor level. The 80 mm closed height of these low profile lift tables removes that need. Avoiding excavation can simplify installation and makes the unit easier to place within an existing warehouse, production area or packing point.

The low starting position is particularly useful when goods arrive on pallets and must be brought to a practical height for manual handling. The table remains a stationary lifting aid: it raises and lowers the load at the workstation, while the pallet truck brings the pallet to and from the lifting point.

U-shaped platform for pallet truck loading

The CUB 1000 is the pallet handling model. Its U-shaped platform leaves an open centre channel for the forks of a hand pallet truck. The operator moves the pallet into position, lowers it onto the platform and withdraws the pallet truck through the opening. A loading ramp is not needed for this method.

Solid platforms in two practical widths

The CCB 1000 and CCB 1000B use a continuous, solid platform. Both models are 1,500 mm long. The CCB 1000 is 800 mm wide, while the CCB 1000B increases the width to 1,000 mm. The wider version gives more support area when the load dimensions call for it. A solid platform can suit loads that need support across the full deck rather than around a U-shaped opening.

Electric-hydraulic lifting for repeatable positioning

These single scissor lift tables use an electric-hydraulic system for smooth, controlled raising and lowering. The stated connection is three-phase 380 V / 16 A. Across the wider EdmoLift C- and T-Series, motor output ranges from 0.37 to 1.5 kW depending on the model.

The sturdy sheet-steel structure is made for repeated industrial use. Hydraulic operation allows the working height to be adjusted as the task progresses. Instead of repeatedly handling goods from the bottom of a pallet, the operator can reposition the load to suit the current layer. This can reduce unnecessary bending and help keep the work within a more comfortable reach zone.
