When a load needs to face a new direction, the whole lifting station should not have to move with it. The EdmoLift rectangular turntable adds a rotating surface to a compatible lift table, helping bring different sides of the load into position at one workstation. It is a practical lift table turntable for production, assembly, packing and other material handling tasks where orientation changes during the work cycle.
The rectangular surface is fitted on top of the main scissor lift platform and bolted in place. An inductive sensor monitors the turntable position. An electrical safety interlock prevents the lift table from lowering unless the rectangular turntable is correctly aligned, while the unit’s safety spacing helps reduce trapping risk around the moving parts.
EdmoLift lift tables can also be supplied with options such as a pallet platform, wheel chassis, pallet platform with scales, guard rails, gates and a drive-on ramp. Ask the sales team to help specify the correct lift table accessory for the application.

A load does not always stay facing the same way from one step to the next. When its direction needs to change, turning it at the workstation may be more practical than repositioning the entire lifting setup. The EdmoLift rectangular turntable is mounted on top of a lift table and adds a rotating platform to the workstation. The lift table remains the central working point while the supported load can be presented in a new direction.
This lift table turntable also includes an important control function. An inductive sensor monitors whether the turntable is in the correct position. The lift table is electrically interlocked so that it cannot be lowered until the top is correctly aligned. Together with the safety spacing in the unit, this arrangement helps reduce trapping risk during operation.
A rectangular top can create different clearances as it turns in relation to the main lift platform. Correct alignment is therefore important before the table travels down. The inductive sensor checks the position of the turntable, and the electrical safety interlock prevents lowering when the rectangular turntable is not in the required position. The operator must return the top to the correct alignment before downward lift travel can continue. The unit also incorporates safety spacing to help reduce trapping risk.
