EdmoLift T-Series low-profile lift tables for ergonomic pallet handling

When a pallet remains close to floor level, every item picked from it can mean another deep bend or awkward reach. An EdmoLift T-Series low-profile lift table brings the load closer to a suitable working height, helping operators handle goods with less unnecessary movement. It is a practical way to improve a fixed workstation where pallets, containers or heavy components need to be raised and lowered during the working day.

The three models covered here are stationary, electro-hydraulic single-scissor lift tables with a load capacity of 1,000 kg. Each has an 80 mm closed height and a platform lifting range of 80–900 mm.

Why use a low-profile lift table?

A conventional lift table can require a floor pit or an access ramp when loads must be placed on it from floor level. At just 80 mm when closed, the EdmoLift T-Series changes how the table can be installed. A pit is not required, so the table can be integrated into an existing production or warehouse layout with less structural work.

The loading method still matters. The TUL100 U-shaped lift table is designed for direct pallet loading with a hand pallet truck. Its open centre accepts the truck forks while the surrounding platfor

m supports the pallet. The closed-platform TCL models provide a continuous load surface, but the load must be positioned by a suitable handling method. Direct, ramp-free pallet truck access applies specifically to the U-shaped model.

TUL100 U-shaped scissor lift table for pallets

Use the TUL100 when a pallet must move straight from a hand pallet truck to the lifting platform. The truck enters the 590 mm fork recess in the U-shaped platform, the pallet is set down on the platform edges and the truck can then be withdrawn. There is no need to push the truck and pallet up a separate ramp.

TCL1000 and TCL1000B closed-platform lift tables

The TCL1000 provides a continuous platform measuring 1,350 × 800 mm. Its narrower width can suit workstations where floor space is limited or where the load has a compact base. The TCL1000B uses the same length but increases the platform width to 1,000 mm, giving a wider load footprint more surface area.

Electro-hydraulic height adjustment

An electric motor powers the hydraulic lifting mechanism, providing controlled vertical movement for regular material-handling work. Motor output across the wider EdmoLift C- and T-Series range varies from 0.37 to 1.5 kW depending on the selected model and configuration. The exact power unit should therefore be confirmed for the ordered version rather than assumed from the series name.

Safety features for controlled lifting

The tables are specified as complying with EN 1570-1 and applicable ANSI/ASME requirements. Hose-burst protection helps prevent uncontrolled movement if a hydraulic line fails, while overload protection safeguards the hydraulic system when the rated capacity is exceeded. These features support safe operation but do not replace correct installation, operator training or routine inspection.
