Euro Pallet Table with Pallet Guides for Fixed-Height Handling

When a Euro pallet is packed, unloaded or used to supply a production line, leaving it at floor level means repeatedly reaching down towards the load. This pallet table supports a standard 1,200 × 800 mm EUR pallet on an upper level 650 mm above the floor. It creates a practical fixed point for work that continues around the same pallet throughout a shift.

The table combines a bolt-together steel frame, a 1,000 kg maximum load capacity and integrated pallet guides. It provides a stable station for pallet-based work in warehouses, production areas and packing departments. The open frame keeps the setup straightforward, while the optional lower shelf adds storage for tools or packing materials close to the task.

A 650 mm Working Level for Repeated Pallet Tasks

The upper level of the pallet table is 650 mm high. Raising the pallet from floor level can reduce deep bending when items are picked, sorted, packed or removed. The difference is most noticeable at a fixed pallet workstation where the same movements are repeated many times during the day. The actual handling height depends on how the goods are arranged and how high the load is.

Pallet Guides Keep the Position Consistent

The integrated pallet guides form a pallet holder around the 1,200 × 800 mm loading area. They give the lifting-equipment operator a clear target when placing the Euro pallet and help keep it aligned on the upper frame during work. Consistent positioning also makes it easier to arrange a repeatable workstation around the pallet.

1,000 kg Capacity for Industrial Material Handling

With a maximum load capacity of 1,000 kg, this Euro pallet table can support many everyday palletised loads in industrial and logistics environments. It is suited to components, packed products and other materials handled directly from a pallet at a fixed station. The table supports a stationary pallet while work takes place around it.

Optional Lower Shelf Keeps Materials Close

An optional lower shelf can be fitted at a height of 143 mm. It creates a separate storage area beneath the pallet for packing materials and tools that would otherwise take up nearby floor or bench space. The lower shelf is an accessory and is not included with the standard table.

Three Finish Options for Different Work Areas

The steel pallet table is available in blue, electro-galvanised or red. Choose the finish that suits the equipment and visual layout already used in the work area. The dimensions and load capacity remain the same across the available versions.
