The Everest 2E aluminium double extension ladder gives professional users straightforward length adjustment and stable support for work at height. Its two-section design extends the available reach while keeping the ladder practical to move and store between jobs.
The wide lower section supports steady positioning, while the stabiliser bar improves lateral stability on the larger models. For longer versions, the wall wheels make it easier to guide the upper section against a façade without needlessly marking the surface.

When a job moves from one height to another, a fixed-length ladder can quickly become a limitation. The Everest 2E double extension ladder gives professional users adjustable reach in a practical two-section design. It is intended for maintenance, inspection and repair tasks where the ladder must be set to suit the work area rather than the other way round.
The Everest 2E is an aluminium double extension ladder made from two overlapping ladder sections. Adjusting the length allows one ladder to cover different access heights, which is useful when tasks change during the working day. A maintenance team may need to inspect a lower section of a building first and then move to a higher point without changing to a completely different access product.
Stability starts at ground level. The lower section of the Everest 2E is 490 mm wide, giving the ladder a broad base within its main frame. All models except the compact 2 x 6 version are also equipped with a stabiliser bar. The bar widens the contact area at floor or ground level and helps reduce sideways movement when the ladder is correctly positioned.
Long extension ladders can be difficult to guide into place without rubbing the upper end along the wall. From a ladder length of 8.30 m, the Everest 2E upper section has wall wheels. These guide wheels help the ladder move against the supporting surface during positioning.
The wheels have a wear-resistant surface designed to be gentle on the wall. This is useful when working beside finished façades, cladding or other surfaces where unnecessary marks should be avoided. The wall wheels also make a clear practical difference when handling the longer models: instead of dragging the upper ladder section directly against the surface, the contact point can roll as the ladder is positioned.
The feet are made from a 2-component rubber compound that creates high friction between the ladder and the surface beneath it. Good contact at the lower end is essential for any leaning extension ladder, particularly on smooth industrial floors, paving and other hard surfaces.
The rubber feet support secure positioning without adding a complicated setup stage. Before each use, the user should still check that the feet are clean, undamaged and in full contact with the ground. Dirt, loose material, ice or an uneven surface can reduce grip regardless of the foot material. A quick inspection also helps identify wear before the ladder is raised.
