Place the box on the open frame, move it to the next point and keep it on the dolly until it needs to be unloaded. It is a simple way to support daily material flow in warehouses, production areas, workshops, goods-in zones and dispatch departments.

A wheeled base made for Euro containers

The frame is sized specifically for plastic Euro containers measuring 600 x 400 mm. Its overall dimensions are 616 x 416 x 128 mm, giving the container a broad supporting rim while keeping the unit compact. The bottom and corners are open, and the box rests around the edge of the frame.

This dedicated fit matters in a busy work area. A general-purpose platform may be unnecessarily large, while a poorly matched base can make a box awkward to handle. Here, the container and dolly follow the same modular footprint used in many storage and internal transport systems. The low-profile combination is easy to position beside a workstation, packing bench or storage location.

Corrosion-resistant construction for varied working areas

The galvanised Euro container dolly is made from corrosion-resistant aluminium-zinc sheet steel. This construction makes it suitable for indoor use and for outdoor work areas where an untreated steel frame would be a less practical choice. The grey metal surface also fits naturally into warehouse, workshop and production environments.

100 kg capacity for everyday box transport

Each container dolly has a maximum stated load of 100 kg. This capacity covers many routine movements of components, packaged goods, tools, supplies and other items carried in a compatible Euro container. Keeping the box on a wheeled base can reduce repeated manual carrying between nearby work points and lets the container remain mobile while it is being filled, emptied or transferred.

Two castor configurations for different routes

The product is available in two versions. Both have 75 mm castors, the same 100 kg capacity and the same 616 x 416 x 128 mm external size. The difference is how they steer.

• Two fixed and two swivel castors: This version favours controlled, straight-line travel. The fixed castors help the dolly hold its direction, while the swivel pair allows steering. It is a practical option for repeated routes along aisles or between regular work points.
• Four swivel castors: This version can change direction more freely and is easier to position from different angles. It suits confined areas, tighter turns and workstations where sideways movement is useful.
