This model is a good choice when the workstation needs higher drawer space rather than many shallow compartments. Drawer Unit 8 includes three pull-out drawers with drawer heights of 150 mm, 200 mm and 200 mm. The layout suits larger hand tools, measuring tools, fixtures, spare parts, maintenance accessories and other workshop supplies that are too bulky for low drawers. The two 200 mm drawers give useful height for items that need more clearance, while the 150 mm drawer keeps frequently used tools visible and organised.

The unit is built for the Handy Industrial workbench, a robust bench intended for industrial use. The drawer unit fits under the worktop inside the bench structure, so it does not require a separate cabinet standing next to the workstation. This keeps the working area compact and helps the operator keep tools, parts and consumables within arm’s reach. The external dimensions are 520 mm wide, 550 mm deep and 625 mm high. The weight is 29 kg, which gives the unit a solid feel in demanding use.

Because the workbench drawer unit is positioned under the worktop, it supports a cleaner and more efficient workflow. Items that are used often can be placed in the top drawer, while heavier or less frequently used items can be stored lower down.

Three drawer heights for clear tool storage

The main strength of Drawer Unit 8 is the combination of one 150 mm drawer and two 200 mm drawers. Many workstations need more than small-part storage. The drawers are specified as full-extension drawers. In daily use, full extension is especially useful because the contents at the back of the drawer can be reached without emptying the front first. The Handy Industrial workbench is available with three worktop lengths, and the number of drawer units depends on the selected length.

• A 1765 mm long worktop can take three drawer units underneath.

Colour options for existing workplace layouts

The standard colour combination is RAL 7016 / RAL 7035. These shades are common in industrial furniture and fit well with many workshop, warehouse and production interiors. If the workplace uses a specific colour system, other colours from the RAL Classic colour chart are available by separate order.
