When loads are too heavy or bulky for a light-duty trolley, the Kongamek Heavy-Duty Platform Trolley provides a more robust way to move them through warehouses, workshops, production areas and goods-handling spaces. Its 600 kg load capacity and open deck suit equipment, components, cartons and other large items moved over short workplace routes.
A fully welded tubular steel frame gives the trolley a rigid base, while the powder-coated finish is suited to demanding day-to-day use. The load deck is made from plywood. Four fixed pneumatic tyres on steel rims help the trolley roll over less even surfaces and reduce shocks reaching the load.
The pull handle includes a parking brake, so the operator can keep the heavy-duty trolley stationary during loading and unloading.
Two size options are available:
The deck height is 397 mm from the floor.
Several accessories are available for adapting the platform trolley to different material-handling tasks.

A heavy or bulky load can slow down a busy work area when the transport equipment is too small or lightly built. The Kongamek Heavy-Duty Platform Trolley has a 600 kg load capacity and an open plywood deck for routine material transfers. It is a practical choice for moving equipment, components, cartons and other large items between warehouse, workshop, production and dispatch areas.
This hand-pull trolley combines a fully welded tubular steel frame, four fixed pneumatic tyres and a pull handle with an integrated parking brake. Two sizes are available, so the trolley can be matched to the load footprint and the space along the transport route.
A load capacity of 600 kg gives this platform trolley the strength needed for many heavy internal transport tasks. It can reduce repeated carrying when goods need to move between storage locations, workstations or dispatch points. The open deck is especially useful for loads that do not fit neatly on a shelf trolley or inside a closed cart.
The main frame is made from welded steel tube, giving the deck a rigid base for regular use. A powder-coated finish gives the steelwork a clean, hard-wearing surface for industrial environments. The plywood deck provides a broad, flat loading area. It supports boxes, equipment and irregular items without the gaps found on an open metal frame.
The Heavy-Duty Platform Trolley runs on four fixed pneumatic tyres, each with a diameter of 300 mm. The tyres are mounted on steel rims. Their air-filled construction helps cushion movement over floor joints, thresholds and less even surfaces. This can reduce vibration compared with small, hard castors and can make a useful difference when moving heavy goods along mixed workplace routes.
The parking brake is operated from the handle. This allows the operator to hold the heavy-duty trolley in position while goods are being loaded or unloaded, or when the trolley is waiting at a workstation. Keeping the brake control at the handle also makes it easy to include braking in the normal handling sequence.
The platform trolley is available in two sizes:
The load platform is 397 mm above the floor. This height should be considered alongside the loading method and the height of nearby workstations.
