Loose cartons, parts and bulky goods are easier to move when the load stays where it belongs. The 300 Series high-sided platform trolley is built for everyday transport in warehouses, production areas, workshops and maintenance departments where a standard open deck does not give enough support.
This 500 kg platform trolley with sides combines a powder-coated steel frame with durable laminate panels and high side sections that help keep goods contained during movement. The platform height is 260 mm, which keeps loading practical, while the 25 mm steel tube handles give a firm, confident grip in daily use. Four 200 mm solid rubber wheels keep the trolley moving smoothly, with two fixed wheels and two swivel castors for controlled steering.
You can choose the trolley with or without brakes, so the setup can be matched to your route and working method. Two size options are available:

Loose cartons, parts and awkward loads are easier to move when the load stays where it belongs. The 300 Series high-sided platform trolley gives you that extra control in day-to-day internal transport. It is designed for warehouses, production areas, workshops and maintenance environments where goods need to move safely, cleanly and without unnecessary fuss. A strong powder-coated steel frame carries loads up to 500 kg, while the laminate panels and high side sections help keep goods together on the deck.
A platform trolley without sides is quick to load, but it does not always give enough support once the trolley starts moving. That is where this high-sided platform trolley makes sense. The tall sides help contain cartons, plastic bins, parts and other loose goods so the load stays better organised during transport. This is especially useful on routes with turns, doorways, thresholds and stops where items can shift on a plain deck.
The construction is built around a powder-coated metal frame chosen for daily industrial use. Powder coating helps the frame stand up to knocks, contact and ordinary wear in working environments where transport equipment is in constant use. The platform and sides use laminate panels, giving the trolley a robust, practical surface for repeated loading and unloading.
The platform height is 260 mm. That lower deck level makes loading and unloading easier than with a taller trolley, especially when the same goods are handled repeatedly over the course of a shift. The working height stays practical for cartons, bins, spare parts and other everyday loads, while the overall construction still delivers the strength expected from a 500 kg platform trolley.
The overall trolley height is 900 mm, which gives the handles a comfortable everyday pushing level. Combined with the solid frame and stable wheel setup, the trolley is easy to guide in a controlled way through normal warehouse and workshop routes.
The handles are made from 25 mm steel tube and are designed to give a secure grip in daily transport work. That matters when the trolley is being started, stopped, turned and parked several times during the day. A good handle should feel dependable without drawing attention to itself, and these do.
The trolley is fitted with four solid rubber wheels with a diameter of 200 mm. The wheel configuration uses two fixed wheels and two swivel castors, a proven setup for manual handling equipment that needs both stability and manoeuvrability. The fixed wheels help the trolley track cleanly, while the swivel castors make it easier to turn into aisles, around equipment and into tighter working spaces.
Solid rubber wheels are a dependable choice for everyday internal transport. They support smooth running and suit the kind of repeated movement that platform trolleys see in warehouses, production routes and workshops. The 200 mm wheel size also supports steady handling under load, giving the trolley a balanced feel whether it is carrying a few boxes or a heavier mixed load.
Not every route needs the same wheel setup, which is why this platform trolley is available in both braked and unbraked versions. A non-braked trolley is a straightforward choice for level indoor routes where the trolley is in constant motion and parking control is less critical. A braked model adds more control when the trolley is loaded and unloaded in fixed positions or used in areas where you want it to stay firmly in place.
Two size options are available, and both versions share the same 500 kg load capacity and 900 mm overall height.
