The main benefit of this box platform truck is its enclosed construction. All four sides are panelled, which makes the trolley well suited to goods that do not sit neatly on an open deck. Loose stock, small cartons, components and mixed items are easier to contain when the trolley itself forms a clear boundary around the load.

The 400 mm panel height is a practical middle ground. It is high enough to support the load properly, yet low enough to keep loading and unloading from above quick and uncomplicated.

Two platform sizes for different handling needs

The box trolley is available in two sizes: 1000 x 700 mm and 1200 x 800 mm, so the box platform truck can be matched more closely to the load footprint.

• The smaller version is the more compact option for tighter aisles and more frequent turns.
• The larger version gives you extra platform area for wider or bulkier loads and can reduce the need to split a load across multiple trips.

Both sizes keep the same basic concept: enclosed sides, two push handles, a 500 kg capacity and a platform height of 270 mm.

Durable steel and MDF construction

This high box truck combines a powder-coated steel frame with 12 mm MDF panels. The steel frame provides the strength needed for regular goods handling, while the MDF panels create a smooth, solid transport area around the load. For indoor warehouse, workshop and production use, that is a practical and durable combination.

Wheel setup designed for stable movement

The trolley is fitted with two fixed and two swivel black solid rubber wheels with needle roller bearings. This layout is widely used because it gives a good balance between straight-line stability and controlled manoeuvrability. The fixed wheels help the trolley track properly over longer moves, while the swivel wheels make turning and positioning easier.

Solid rubber wheels are a sensible choice for regular indoor handling. They are dependable in day-to-day use and support smooth movement across typical warehouse and industrial floors. Under heavier loads, a stable wheel arrangement makes a clear difference, and this setup is designed to deliver that dependable feel.

Twin push handles improve everyday control

There is a push handle at both ends of the trolley, which makes it easier to approach and reposition from either side. The handle layout also supports better control when the trolley is fully loaded. Combined with the enclosed side panels, it gives the operator a secure way to guide the trolley while keeping the load inside a defined transport area.
