When heavy components need space to dry without taking over workbenches or floor areas, this industrial drying trolley keeps them together on a strong, mobile frame. Its white powder-coated steel frame supports a total load of 300 kg, with up to 20 kg on each drying level. It is designed for industrial environments where painted, coated or otherwise processed parts must be kept organised between work stages.
The two centre sections can be adjusted sideways using the pins in the top beam. This makes the drying trolley easier to adapt to components of different widths and helps use the available support area efficiently. Four swivel castors make the trolley practical to manoeuvre in larger workshops and production areas. Two of the castors have brakes, so the unit can be held steady when required.

Heavy or bulky components can occupy a surprising amount of workshop space while they dry. Parts left on benches restrict other tasks, while items placed on temporary surfaces can be difficult to organise and move. This industrial drying trolley provides a dedicated place for components between painting, coating and later production stages. The open, upright structure uses the available height of the room and keeps several items together on one mobile unit.
Production work rarely involves only one component size. A drying rack that is set up for a narrow part may not suit a wider panel on the next job. On this model, the two centre sections are laterally adjustable. Pins in the top beam secure their position, allowing the support arrangement to be changed to suit the width of the items being placed on the trolley.
The adjustment is simple: release the pins, move the centre sections sideways and secure them again in the required position. The same industrial drying rack can therefore be reset for a new batch instead of remaining fixed to one component width.
The 300 kg overall capacity gives this heavy-duty drying trolley the strength needed for heavier industrial items. A maximum of 20 kg is permitted on each drying level. These clear limits make it easier to plan a batch and decide how its components should be distributed.
Because the rack is vertical, components from the same job can remain together while they dry, ready for inspection or the next stage. There is less need to spread one batch across several separate surfaces. The trolley can then be moved as a single unit when the production flow requires it.
Four swivel castors allow the trolley to change direction in work areas where equipment, benches and stored materials affect the available route. Each castor has a diameter of 125 mm. The swivel arrangement makes this mobile drying rack easier to position in large workshops, finishing areas and production halls. Two castors are fitted with brakes. The brakes help keep the unit stationary while components are handled.
