This industrial stool is designed for practical workstation use in production, packing, assembly, maintenance and technical areas. The round Ø 360 mm seat is made from moulded polyurethane, commonly called PU, and the base can be selected according to how the stool will be used in the workplace. The result is a compact height adjustable stool for tasks where a full-size chair would take too much room or collect too much dirt. Round PU seat for industrial use

The seat is the most important part of any PU seat stool. This model has a round Ø 360 mm seat made from moulded polyurethane. PU is a practical material for industrial seating because the surface is firm, smooth and easy to clean. It does not have fabric seams that collect dust, and it can be wiped after contact with dirt, oil and occasional chemical splashes. The round seat shape gives the stool a simple and flexible working position. It is suitable when the user needs to turn towards different parts of the workstation, reach tools or move between a workbench and nearby storage. Choose the base according to the task

Different workstations need different support. This industrial stool is available with four base options. Each option has a strong structure and height adjustment, but the base diameter, mobility and seat height range are different.

• Plastic 5-star base with glides. A stable fixed base for work where the stool should stay in place. Base diameter 440 mm. Adjustable height 540–730 mm.
• Plastic 5-star base with 65 mm castors. A mobile base for moving the stool between close work areas without lifting it. Base diameter 440 mm. Adjustable height 600–790 mm.
• Aluminium 5-star base with 50 mm castors. A robust rolling base that combines a wider 500 mm diameter with easy movement. Adjustable height 540–730 mm.
• Slim plastic trumpet base with glides. A compact fixed base for tight spaces where the footprint must stay small. Base diameter 400 mm. Adjustable height 520–710 mm.

Glides for steady work, castors for movement

A stool with glides is the right choice when the task needs a steady seating position. Assembly, inspection, repair work and detail-focused bench work often benefit from a base that does not roll away when the user leans or changes position. The plastic 5-star base with glides gives a broad and stable footprint, while the trumpet base with glides is useful in narrow work areas where every millimetre of floor space matters.

A stool with castors is useful when the user moves between several points during the same task. In a packing area, service point or assembly cell, the user may need to turn from a bench to a drawer unit, component shelf or machine control. Castors make this movement easier and reduce the need to stand up or lift the stool. The plastic base with 65 mm castors gives a higher seating range, while the aluminium base with 50 mm castors offers a wider base diameter for workplaces that need a strong rolling option.

Height adjustment supports different working levels

The correct sitting height depends on the bench, the task and the user. This height adjustable industrial stool gives several height ranges depending on the selected base. The lowest available range starts at 520 mm with the trumpet base, and the highest range reaches 790 mm with the plastic 5-star base on 65 mm castors. This makes it possible to choose a version for lower bench work, higher packing stations or technical workstations where the seat must be matched with the working surface.
