Integra attached lid containers keep repeat transport simple. The 25 L and 64 L boxes are designed for regular deliveries between departments, business sites and companies. Their two hinged lid halves stay with the container, close securely and accept an optional seal. This helps keep goods contained during handling and gives the recipient a clear sign if the box has been opened.
When empty, these nestable plastic containers fit inside one another to reduce the space required for storage and return transport. End bumpers help stop nested boxes from jamming together. A flat, reinforced base supports stable and reliable movement on roller conveyors. The polypropylene construction resists oils and most acids and alkalis.

When goods move between departments or sites day after day, loose lids and bulky empty boxes create unnecessary work. Integra attached lid containers solve both problems. Each model combines a rigid polypropylene body with a two-part hinged lid, so there is no separate cover to store, match to the correct box or replace after it goes missing. This type of container is also commonly called an attached lid tote box.
The lid consists of two hinged halves that fold back when the box is open and meet over the top when it is closed. Because both sections remain attached, operators do not need to handle loose lids or search for a matching cover at the packing station. This makes the Integra range particularly useful in busy distribution routines where boxes are opened, emptied and returned frequently.
With the lid closed, the attached lid container helps keep goods contained and protected throughout normal handling. The lid includes 6 mm sealing holes. An optional seal can therefore be fitted before dispatch to provide a visible indication if the container is opened before it reaches its destination. Integra seals are available separately in packs of 100.
Empty containers can quickly take over useful room in a warehouse or vehicle. Integra boxes address this with a tapered, nestable design. Open the hinged lid halves and the empty boxes fit inside one another, reducing the footprint of stored empties and making return transport easier to organise. Bumpers at the ends help prevent the nested containers from wedging tightly together. When the lids are closed, the containers can be stacked for orderly storage or onward transport.
The base is flat and cross-reinforced to support stable travel on roller conveyors. This conveyor-friendly design helps the container move evenly through handling systems and reduces unwanted rocking during transfer. It is useful in warehouses and distribution centres where a transport box may pass from picking to packing, checking and dispatch without being manually carried at every stage.
End bumpers also help keep boxes from catching or building up against one another on the conveyor. Together, the base and bumper design make these attached lid containers suitable for both manual handling and conveyor-based material flow.
Integra transport boxes are made from polypropylene, often shortened to PP. The material is suitable for repeated warehouse and logistics use and is resistant to oils and most acids and alkalis. This makes the containers a practical option for many industrial, maintenance and production environments as well as general distribution. The specified operating temperature is -20 to +40 °C.
