Large Plastic Pallet Box 670 L for Bulk Storage and Transport

When loose components or bulk materials need to move through production without repeated repacking, a large plastic pallet box provides a simple and durable load unit. This 670 L model combines a high internal volume with a 1200 x 1000 mm FIN-pallet footprint. It is suitable for storage, material movement and return transport in factories, warehouses and other industrial environments.

670 L Capacity in a 1200 x 1000 mm Pallet Box

The 670 L capacity offers room for large batches of parts, packaged components, production materials and other non-liquid bulk goods. External dimensions are 1200 x 1000 x 760 mm, and the internal dimensions are 1110 x 910 x 610 mm. The open top and smooth internal surfaces provide a clear space for loading and unloading. The 1200 x 1000 mm base corresponds to the FIN-pallet format.

Durable HDPE Construction for Industrial Use

This solid-wall plastic pallet box is made from UV-stabilised high-density polyethylene. HDPE gives the structure a useful balance of strength and low empty weight. It is resistant to impacts, chemicals and changing weather conditions, supporting use in demanding production, logistics, agricultural and recycling applications.

Rounded corners and edges reduce sharp contact points around the load and make the pallet container easier to work around. They are also less likely to catch packaging film during nearby handling tasks. Smooth internal surfaces make routine cleaning more straightforward, which helps when the box moves between work areas or is reused for different compatible materials.

Stackable Pallet Box for Better Use of Storage Space

Stacking turns unused height into working storage capacity. The pallet box has a stated static stacking capacity of 4.5 tonnes, so loaded units can be placed above one another under static storage conditions. This can reduce the floor area required for work-in-progress, production supplies or collected material.

Forklift and Pallet Truck Handling

The four-foot base provides entry from all four sides for a forklift or suitable hand pallet truck. This gives operators more freedom when approaching the box in production areas, staging zones and warehouse aisles. It also supports efficient transfers between storage, workstations and dispatch areas.

Optional Lid for Cleaner Storage

A separate lid is available as an accessory. It helps keep dust and dirt away from stored goods, so components and materials remain cleaner during storage and routine handling. The lid is useful when contents will wait between process stages or cleaner storage conditions are needed. It is not included with the pallet box.
