This large stock picking trolley is made for the everyday movement of substantial loads through shops, warehouses and goods collection areas. Its two long shelves carry stock on separate levels, while the six-wheel arrangement supports controlled movement through working spaces. With a total load capacity of 400 kg, the trolley is suited to regular picking, shelf replenishment and internal goods transport.

A stock picking trolley for shops and warehouses

Picking and replenishment rarely involve identical items. The two-level layout makes it easier to separate a mixed load while it is being moved. Staff can use one shelf for cartons and the other for smaller packaged products, or organise goods by aisle, order or work stage. The open construction also makes it easy to see what is on the trolley before moving to the next location.

This format works well for transferring goods from a stockroom to the sales floor, collecting products for an internal order or moving supplies between work areas. It can also serve as a warehouse picking trolley where a long, relatively narrow load area is more useful than a deep platform. At 430 mm wide overall, the trolley has a slim profile in relation to its 1320 mm length.

Two mesh shelves keep the load accessible

Each shelf measures 1080 x 415 mm, providing a long surface for boxes, packaged stock and other suitable goods. The distance between the shelves is 475 mm. The mesh construction keeps the two levels visually open. Staff can identify goods from either side without opening a cabinet or moving an enclosed panel. The upper shelf also places part of the load higher than the bottom level, which can reduce repeated reaching to floor level during picking or replenishment.

A separate basket sits beneath the push handle. It provides a convenient place for paperwork and small accessories that should not be mixed with the main load. Keeping these items close to the handle can make them easier to find at each stop and leaves both main shelves available for stock.

Six-wheel layout for controlled manoeuvring

The trolley runs on six 125 mm castors: two fixed castors and four swivel castors. Two of the swivel castors are fitted with brakes. The fixed pair helps guide the trolley in a steady direction, while the swivel castors allow the ends to be positioned when approaching shelving or a work point. This combination is especially useful on a longer trolley that needs both directional stability and practical manoeuvring. The brakes can be applied when the trolley needs to remain stationary during loading, unloading or picking.

Electro-galvanised and clear-coated frame

The frame has an electro-galvanised and clear-coated finish. It gives the trolley a clean, practical appearance suited to both back-of-house storage areas and customer-facing retail spaces. The finish also makes routine cleaning straightforward, which is useful when the same retail stock trolley moves between a warehouse, stockroom and shop floor.

Optional accessories for picking work

Three optional accessories allow the trolley to be adapted to the way information and stock are handled on site. The A4 writing surface provides a firm place for paper documents. The tablet holder keeps a compatible mobile device near the push handle, while the ladder is intended for tasks that require access above normal reach. Accessories are ordered separately.
