Move the load to the job, then raise it to a practical working height. This foot-operated hydraulic lift table trolley is designed for components, boxes and other goods used in assembly, installation, unloading and warehouse replenishment. One mobile unit handles both transport and height adjustment.
The platform is raised with the foot pump and lowered with a hand-operated control. The QuickLift function speeds up the initial lifting movement, while an overload valve protects the hydraulic system if the rated capacity is exceeded.
Each mobile scissor lift table has model-specific platform dimensions and a lifting range suited to its capacity. Battery-powered and double-scissor lift table models are also available for other lifting requirements.

A hydraulic lift table trolley combines horizontal transport and height adjustment in one mobile unit. It moves components, boxes or other goods to the work area and raises them from a low position towards the required working height. The trolley is operated directly at the point of use. Press the foot pump to raise the platform, then use the hand-operated control to lower it. The flat platform provides a clear load area, and the scissor mechanism supports the platform through its lifting range.
The hydraulic lifting system is designed for simple manual operation. Repeated strokes of the foot pump raise the platform, so no hand pumping is required. The QuickLift function speeds up the initial raising movement, which is useful when the platform height has to be adjusted several times during a shift. Lowering is controlled with the hand-operated control. This makes it easier to bring the platform back towards the required transfer or storage height.
The trolley has two fixed and two swivel polyurethane castors. The fixed castors help the trolley track in a straight line, while the swivel castors make it easier to turn and position in warehouse aisles, production areas and workshops. Both swivel castors have brakes, helping to keep the unit in place during loading, unloading and height adjustment. Foot guards around the castors add protection in busy work areas.
An integrated overload valve protects the hydraulic system. If the load exceeds the rated capacity, the valve prevents the trolley from lifting it. This helps protect the hydraulic circuit, but it does not replace correct load assessment. The powder-coated steel frame is made for regular material-handling work. A stable scissor structure supports the platform, including at the upper end of the stated lifting range.
