Turning a heavy component can interrupt an otherwise smooth job. The operator may have to stop, find a new grip, pull the load around and then settle it again before work continues. At assembly, packing and inspection stations, those small delays build up. They also add repeated twisting and awkward reaching. This lift table turntable adds full 360° rotation to a stationary flat-top lift table.

Why Add a Turntable to a Lift Table?

A lift table already reduces the need to bend or lift by raising the load. However, height alone does not solve the need to reach the far side of a large fixture, jig, component or palletised item. A rotating platform makes that last part easier. The load changes direction while the operator can remain closer to the same working position.

This can reduce repeated re-gripping, forceful twisting and long reaches. It also means fewer interruptions between stages because the next working face can be brought into position without taking the load off the table. That keeps the job moving and cuts out unnecessary handling, especially when the same part needs several turns.

2,000 kg Capacity and Full 360° Rotation

With a load capacity of 2,000 kg, the industrial turntable is intended for heavy parts and loads that would be difficult or unsafe to reposition by lifting. The platform turns through a full 360°, giving access to every side of the load. This is useful when fasteners, joints or surfaces are located around the full perimeter.

The 70 mm low-profile construction keeps the added height modest. That matters when the lift table is already selected to maintain a suitable working level. The combined working height should still be checked for the task, the load and the people using the station.

Assembly and Fastening

Large jigs and fixtures often need to face several directions during one assembly. With a workpiece turntable, the operator can bring each side into reach in sequence. The same principle helps with fitting, fastening and other stationary production work where tools and components are arranged around a fixed workstation.

Packing and Pallet Wrapping

When goods on a pallet need to be packed or wrapped, access around the load is often the slow part. Used as a pallet turntable on a lift table, this model allows the load to be rotated towards the operator. That can reduce walking around the station and keep the work close at hand. The turntable does not lift the load itself; the lift table provides the height adjustment, while the rotating platform handles the change of direction.

Welding, Grinding and Surface Work

Welding and grinding frequently require access from more than one side. Rotating the workpiece on the table can shorten the pauses between working positions and reduce the need to drag or manually lift a heavy part. It also helps the operator approach the next area from a more practical angle. Any task-specific securing and safety requirements must still be followed before the load is turned or work begins.
