Lightweight plastic half pallet for export shipments and internal logistics

The Teho 800 × 600 × 150 mm lightweight plastic pallet is made for situations where a full-size pallet is too large, too heavy or too expensive for the job. It is a compact plastic half pallet for export packing, warehouse picking, production lines and short internal transfers. The pallet has the practical half Euro footprint of 800 × 600 mm, so it suits smaller loads, cartons, components and packed goods that do not need a 1200 × 800 mm pallet.

The main idea is simple: keep the pallet light, easy to handle and cost-effective, while still giving enough load capacity for everyday material handling. The pallet weighs only 2.96 kg, which makes it easier to lift, position and move at packing tables, dispatch areas and workstations. At the same time, the dynamic load capacity is 500 kg and the static load capacity is 800 kg when the load is evenly distributed.

500 kg dynamic load and 800 kg static load

This lightweight plastic pallet has a dynamic load capacity of 500 kg. Dynamic load means the load rating during movement, for example when the pallet is handled with suitable pallet handling equipment. The static load capacity is 800 kg. Static load means the pallet is loaded and standing still on a level surface. In both cases, the stated load capacity assumes that the goods are placed evenly on the pallet and that the load is not concentrated on a small point.

Nestable 6-foot design saves storage space

The Teho nestable plastic pallet has a 6-foot design and it nests inside the next pallet when empty. This is important when pallets are stored before use or returned from a packing area. Instead of taking the same space as rigid stacked pallets, nested pallets form a tighter stack and reduce unnecessary air between units. A full stack contains 50 pallets.

Safety rim helps keep goods in place

The pallet is supplied with a 7 mm safety rim. The rim gives a small edge around the deck and helps reduce sideways movement of boxes, trays or shrink-wrapped goods during careful handling. This is useful when goods are moved in a busy packing or dispatch area, where small knocks and starts can happen during the workday. A version without the safety rim is also available. The rimmed version is a good choice when the load benefits from a clear edge. The version without the rim may be more suitable when the goods must slide on or off the pallet more easily, or when the packaging itself requires a flat outer edge.

HD-PE-R plastic for a clean and practical pallet

The pallet is made from HD-PE-R plastic. The material is suitable for normal use in temperatures from 0 °C to 60 °C. Plastic pallets are often chosen because they do not absorb moisture in the same way as wood and do not have nails, bark or broken boards. HD-PE-R is also a practical material when the pallet needs to be handled repeatedly in indoor logistics. The surface can be wiped down when needed, and the pallet keeps a consistent shape in normal use. As a plastic pallet, it is also easier to separate from wood waste streams at the end of its service life.
