This lightweight plastic pallet is designed for businesses that need an economical FIN size pallet for export shipments, internal production transfers and day-to-day warehouse movement. The 1000 x 1200 x 150 mm footprint gives more deck area than a Euro pallet while keeping the pallet light enough for efficient handling. With a dynamic load capacity of 1000 kg and a static load capacity of 2000 kg, it is a practical choice for many packed goods, boxes and industrial products when the load is evenly supported.

The pallet is especially useful when wood is not the preferred option. It is made from HD-PE-R plastic, a recycled high-density polyethylene material that does not absorb moisture and does not leave wood splinters, chips or loose fibres in the working area. For export, plastic pallets are often chosen because they do not require the same ISPM 15 heat treatment or fumigation processes that apply to wood packaging materials.

Retaining edge helps keep the load in place

The standard version includes a 7 mm retaining edge around the deck. This low edge is a small detail, but it can make everyday handling easier. It helps boxes, crates and packed goods stay on the pallet surface during short moves, turns and loading work. The edge is not a replacement for wrapping, strapping or other load securing when they are required, but it gives extra support for goods placed on the deck. A version without the retaining edge is also available. The flat deck option can be the better choice when products are slid on or off the pallet, or when the packaging needs a completely even pallet surface.

Lightweight pallet for export, storage and internal transport

A lighter pallet can reduce unnecessary handling weight and may help keep transport weight under control, especially in export shipments where the pallet is often part of the total shipping cost. This lightweight plastic export pallet is well suited for packed goods that need a simple, clean and economical base for transport.

The pallet does not absorb moisture like wood, and it does not create loose wood waste around packing lines, loading areas or storage locations. The suitable operating temperature is 0-60 °C, so the pallet is intended for normal indoor and controlled logistics environments within that range. For cold storage, outdoor storage or other demanding conditions outside this range, the application should be checked before ordering.

The plastic pallet with 9 nesting feet weighs 6.68 kg. This is the nestable plastic pallet option in the range. It nests inside itself, which means empty pallets take much less space than many non-nestable alternatives. This is valuable when pallets are stored before packing, collected after unloading or kept ready for seasonal peaks. In a stack, the version with 9 nesting feet holds 50 pallets, helping save floor space and making bulk storage easier.

The 3-runner plastic pallet version weighs 8.52 kg. It is supplied in stacks of 23 pallets. This version is the alternative when a 3-runner base is preferred for the handling process or for the way goods are moved at the site. Because both versions share the same product purpose and material, the choice is mainly about handling needs, stacking space and the preferred base structure.

HD-PE-R plastic material for clean industrial use

The pallet is made from HD-PE-R plastic. In practical warehouse use, this means a moisture-resistant plastic pallet that is easy to keep tidy and does not bring the typical wood-related issues of splinters, loose chips or absorbed dampness. The open deck structure shown in the product image also supports the lightweight design. It gives the pallet a strong working surface without making it unnecessarily heavy.
