This lockable security roll container combines mobile handling with temporary secure storage in one practical unit. Its robust cage construction surrounds the load, while the gated opening gives direct access for loading and unloading. Close the gate and secure it with a suitable padlock when the contents need to remain protected from unauthorised access.

A padlockable cage for transport and temporary storage

The gate is the key feature of this security roll container. It can be secured with a padlock, allowing the trolley to serve as temporary lockable storage while goods wait for the next stage of a process. A picked order can, for example, remain in the same cage while it waits to be moved to dispatch.

The cage format also keeps the contents visible. Staff can see what is inside without opening the gate, which makes routine checks quicker. The container remains mobile, so goods do not have to be transferred from a transport trolley into a separate temporary storage cage simply because controlled access is required.

Roofed configuration for a more enclosed unit

With the roof fitted, the lockable roll container forms an enclosed cage around the load. This configuration is particularly suitable for valuable goods that must be moved or stored with access restricted. The padlockable gate provides a simple physical barrier, while the surrounding cage and roof keep the load together as one handling unit.

Two fixed and two swivel nylon castors

Each model runs on four nylon castors: two fixed and two swivel. The fixed castors help the roll cage trolley track in a controlled direction, while the swivel castors assist with turning and positioning. A braked version is a practical choice when the trolley must remain stationary during loading, unloading or temporary storage.

Collapsible design and forklift handling

The collapsible construction makes the security cage trolley easier to store when it is not in service. The actual space saved depends on the selected model and how the empty unit is stored. For warehouse teams, that makes unused containers more practical to set aside until they are needed again.

Choose the external dimensions (L x W x H) according to the goods, the available floor area and the route through the building. The load capacity depends on the model:

Accessories for load support and organisation

Two optional accessories are listed for the range. The rubber retaining strap (1503-103) can provide additional support for goods inside the cage. The wire mesh shelf (6017-103) creates a separate storage level, making it easier to divide the contents instead of placing everything on the base.
