Low and high PU work chair for industrial workstations

A work chair in production or warehouse use needs to stay stable, support a practical working position and be easy to clean when dust, oil and daily handling leave marks on the surface. This PU work chair is a simple and durable industrial chair for workstations, packing areas, maintenance points, technical rooms and other places where a normal office chair is not the right answer. The chair is available as a low PU work chair and as a high PU work chair. Both models use a moulded polyurethane seat and backrest. Polyurethane is a good material for industrial seating because the surface is hard-wearing, does not easily collect dirt and can be wiped clean without slow maintenance. The shape of the seat and backrest gives firm support without using textile upholstery that would collect dust or absorb spills.

Moulded polyurethane seat for clean and steady work

The seat and backrest are pressed into shape from polyurethane. This gives the chair a solid surface that handles regular movement, contact with tools and the normal knocks that come in a busy workstation. The material is also well suited to areas where oil, solvents or workshop dirt may be present. Instead of spending time brushing fabric or drying a soft seat, the user can wipe the PU surface clean and continue the job.

Comfort that stays practical during the shift

The backrest has depth adjustment, so the support can be moved closer or further away from the seat. That makes it easier to set the chair for different users and different tasks. A good position helps the user sit closer to the work, keep the shoulders relaxed and avoid unnecessary leaning. The adjustment is especially useful when the chair is shared by several people during the same shift.

Low PU work chair for standard workstation height

The low model has a seat height range of 420-550 mm. This makes it suitable for standard workbenches, desks, packing tables and lower machine-side tasks. It is a good choice where the user needs to sit down, roll into position and move again without lifting the chair. The low PU work chair is supplied with castors, and the castors lock when the chair is unloaded. When nobody is sitting on the chair, this locking function helps keep it in place.

High PU work chair with foot ring and floor glides

The high model has a seat height range of 570-830 mm. It is intended for higher work surfaces and tasks where the user works above normal desk height. A high PU work chair is useful at tall benches, counters, control points and workstations where the user may change between standing and sitting during the day. The high chair is supplied with a foot ring. The foot ring gives the user a place to support the feet when the seat is raised, which makes the working position more stable and comfortable. For safety, the high model is supplied with floor glides instead of castors. This helps the chair stay steady at a higher seat height. A castor set is available as an accessory when rolling movement is needed and the work environment allows it.

Stable polyamide base

Both versions stand on a black glass-fibre reinforced polyamide five-star base with a diameter of 590 mm. The wide base supports stable use when the user turns, reaches for tools or gets up from the chair. The reinforced base is made for daily industrial use and gives the chair a firm feel without unnecessary weight. Its black finish also suits most production, warehouse and workshop interiors.
