Low Welded Steel Shelf Trolley Built for 400 kg Loads

This low welded steel shelf trolley holds a solid load, rolls where you push it, and still looks usable after a few years of spare parts being dropped onto it. The frame is welded in one piece, the shelves are pressed from steel sheet, and the wheels have been chosen for daily warehouse and workshop use rather than for showroom looks. The trolley is offered in two or three tiers, giving you room to split components by job, by machine, or by order. With a total capacity of 400 kg, it handles heavy items that would overload a typical plastic service trolley.

Welded Steel Frame That Takes the Rough Stuff

The lower frame is welded in one go. No bolts, no nuts, no extra brackets to come loose over time. That matters when a trolley spends its life being bumped into pallets, pushed over expansion joints, and loaded in a hurry. A welded structure also keeps the trolley square, so the top shelf stays level and the wheels don’t start to splay after a couple of years of heavy use. The shelves themselves are pressed from steel sheet. Pressed steel distributes the weight across the whole surface rather than concentrating it in a few points, so a heavy part placed at the corner doesn’t flex the shelf. Oil drips and metal chips can be wiped straight off at the end of a shift, which keeps the trolley looking and working well for the long haul.

Solid Rubber Wheels That Roll Where You Push Them

The trolley runs on two fixed and two swivel solid rubber wheels, each 160 mm in diameter. That combination is the standard warehouse setup for a reason: the fixed pair tracks straight down long aisles, while the swivel pair lets you turn into cells, around machines, and into lifts without fighting the cart. Solid rubber doesn’t go flat, doesn’t pick up nails, and rolls quietly over concrete seams and small thresholds. If the trolley is used near ramps, lift shafts, or sloped loading areas, choose the braked version. A foot-press brake locks the trolley in place when you need both hands for loading, and releases the same way.

Flat Shelves or Low-Edge Shelves

You can order the shelves flat or with a low edge. Flat shelves are the right choice when items are large, boxed, or moved on and off the trolley from the side. A low edge is useful when smaller parts, loose components, or trays need a little help staying put while the trolley is on the move. Both versions keep the top surface usable for stacking or sorting, the edge is low enough that it doesn’t get in the way.

Three Finishes for Different Work Environments

The trolley is available in three finishes so it can fit into your site’s existing colour scheme or zoning system:

• White: clean look for lighter assembly and production areas
• Blue: common workshop and industrial tone that hides wear
• Electro-galvanised: bare zinc finish for damp or chemically demanding environments where a painted surface would chip

All three finishes are applied to the full welded frame and the shelves, so there are no exposed seams that start to rust first.
