A mail trolley built for the daily grind of busy mailrooms, sorting centres and warehouses. The 300 kg load rating handles parcels, spare-part boxes and light industrial components through every shift, and the removable mesh sides on both long edges make loading from a forklift or conveyor straightforward. When the mesh is back in place, the latch holds your goods steady without extra straps.
The frame is electro-galvanised, so damp loading bays, cleaning chemicals and the odd knock won’t leave rust marks. The laminate base wipes clean from tape residue and tolerates daily wear. Two fixed and two swivel solid rubber wheels keep the trolley tracking straight along long aisles while turning easily at the picking station. A braked version is available for ramps and packing bench work.

When the shift starts and the first conveyor load drops, the trolley you reach for is usually the one that’s earned its place. This mail trolley is built for that kind of work: moving parcels, returns, spare-part cartons and small industrial components from one end of the building to the other without a fuss. The 300 kg load rating gives you headroom for stacked boxes, mixed deliveries or a full pick run. Whether you’re feeding a sorting station, pushing along a packing line or shuttling items between dispatch and the loading dock, the trolley keeps up.
The mesh panel on each long side lifts off in seconds and goes back the same way. No tools, no fiddling — unhook, tilt, lift. That single feature changes how a busy mailroom loads. Pallets and larger cartons slide straight in from a pallet truck. Items rolling off a conveyor drop in without anyone lifting them over a wall. When the mesh is replaced, the latch clicks shut and the load stays put, even on short ramps or over a doorway threshold.
The frame is electro-galvanised steel. That coating holds up against humidity, splashes from outdoor ramps, accidental knocks and the cleaning chemicals used every week. The structure stays sound through years of daily handling, and rust doesn’t take hold along the joints the way it can on painted alternatives. The base is impact-resistant laminate. It takes the scratches that come with daily loading and wipes down quickly when tape residue, label glue or packaging dust builds up. A pass with a damp cloth and the surface is back to clean.
The trolley runs on four 160 mm solid rubber wheels: two fixed at one end, two swivel at the other. That arrangement is the right pick for mailroom and warehouse work. The fixed wheels track straight down long aisles, so the trolley doesn’t drift sideways when you’re pushing it across a long stretch of warehouse floor. The swivel wheels turn the front end smoothly into picking stations, packing benches and dispatch lanes. Solid rubber means no punctures. There’s no air pump to keep handy and no flat to slow down the morning rotation. The wheels also roll quietly across concrete and resin flooring, which matters when shared spaces start to add up the noise.
Both versions are available. The non-braked model is the standard pick for trolleys that move continuously between stations, no wasted motion, just keep rolling. The braked version makes more sense when the trolley sits at a packing bench while staff work, parks near a loading ramp or operates in a space where unexpected movement could be a safety issue. The brake locks the rear wheels with a foot lever and releases just as quickly when you’re ready to move.
The mail trolley comes in three lengths so you can match the model to your aisle width, doorway clearance and the loads you handle most. The height (1025 mm) and width (650 mm) stay the same across all three, so the trolley clears standard doorframes and lines up with most conveyors and packing tables. The width is narrow enough for two-way traffic in typical warehouse aisles.
