When you need to bundle small items fast, without tape, straps or messy adhesives, this self-cling mini stretch film (hand stretch film, also called mini stretch wrap) is a practical choice for the packing bench and day-to-day warehouse work. Wrap by hand, pull tight, and the film grips to itself to keep parts, boxes and bundles together during handling, storage and transport.
The 100 mm width gives good control around narrow goods and awkward shapes, while the 20 micron thickness provides a reliable hold for light-to-medium bundles. As the film stretches, it tightens around the load to help reduce shifting, scuffs and breakage risk.

Small items are often the hardest to keep under control. Loose parts slide in boxes, tubes roll off trolleys, and mixed orders end up split between cartons. Standard pallet wrap is typically wide and best suited for full pallet loads. A 100 mm roll is made for hands-on bundling. The narrower width helps you wrap exactly where you need support without wasting film.
The film is made from LDPE (low-density polyethylene), a common material for stretch wrapping. LDPE stretch film is valued for its flexibility and its ability to stretch and recover, creating tension around the wrapped items. Because the film sticks to itself, you can start the wrap, overlap a few turns, and finish the wrap without additional tape.
Film thickness matters. Too thin and the wrap breaks when you pull it tight; too thick and you lose the “give” that makes wrapping fast and comfortable. At 20 µm (20 micron, 0.020 mm), this mini stretch film offers a balanced, everyday thickness for bundling and stabilising smaller loads.
