Plastic moving box for repeated removals, storage and transport

A good plastic moving box should do more than carry items from one address to another. It should be strong enough for repeated handling, practical enough for everyday warehouse work and simple enough for anyone to pack, lift and stack without special tools. This 600 x 400 x 300 mm moving box is designed for exactly that kind of use.

The rigid plastic structure makes the box a reliable alternative to disposable cardboard boxes when the same container is needed again and again. It does not soften in the same way as cardboard if it meets moisture on a floor, and the bottom and sides keep their shape better under normal handling.

Stackable moving box that also nests when empty

Space matters during every move and in every warehouse. This stackable moving box has shaped corners that support another box above it when the box is not overfilled. When the contents stay below the stacking support level, loaded boxes can be placed on top of one another without the upper box pressing directly on the items inside.

Empty boxes can be turned and nested inside each other. This is useful after a move, during return transport and whenever boxes are stored between jobs. A stack of nested plastic moving boxes takes much less floor space than the same number of rigid boxes stored separately.

Easy to carry, move and handle

The box has carry openings on the sides, making it easier to lift from a shelf, floor, pallet or van. The structure is light enough for practical use, while still feeling firm in daily handling. The box can also be moved with a sack truck when several boxes need to be transported through corridors, loading areas or between rooms.

Durable plastic storage box for long-term use

This plastic storage box is not only for moving. After the relocation is complete, it can continue to serve as a storage box for spare parts, seasonal items, archived material, workplace supplies or equipment that is used only occasionally. Many companies buy moving boxes because the boxes remain useful long after the first job has been finished.

The box is made from through-coloured HDPE plastic. The colour goes through the material rather than sitting only on the surface, which helps the box keep a clean appearance in normal use. HDPE is also recyclable, so the box can be sent for material recycling at the end of its long service life. Because the plastic surface is easy to wash with water and detergent, the box can be cleaned before reuse in another department, vehicle or storage area.

Colour options, lids and logo printing

The plastic moving box is available in dark grey and red.  White lids are available as an optional accessory when the contents need extra cover during storage or transport. For professional use, the box can also be personalised with a logo print. A white or black hot foil print can be ordered on both short sides or both long sides of the box. The minimum order quantity for logo printing is 100 boxes.

Practical size

The external dimensions of the box are 600 x 400 x 300 mm. The internal dimensions are 540 x 340 x 285 mm, giving a practical capacity of 52 litres. This size is large enough for a useful amount of goods, but still compact enough to carry by hand and load into vans, service vehicles, storage rooms and warehouse shelving areas.
