Three wire walls and an open side

400 kg load capacity and practical castor layout

The container has a total load capacity of 400 kg. Its underframe is fitted with two fixed castors and two swivel castors. The fixed pair supports straight travel, while the swivel pair helps the operator change direction. This familiar wheel arrangement is widely used on warehouse roll containers because it balances tracking and manoeuvrability on normal internal routes.

All four wheels are nylon and have a diameter of 100 mm. Floor condition, thresholds and the nature of the load should always be considered before moving any loaded trolley. Keep the load stable and do not exceed the stated 400 kg capacity.

A braked version is also available. Choose it when the roll container needs to remain stationary during loading, unloading or temporary positioning. Select the wheel configuration according to the working area and local handling procedures.

Zinc-plated steel wire construction

The frame is made from electro-galvanised steel wire, giving the steel a zinc-plated finish. The coating adds surface protection, while the open wire structure keeps the load visible instead of hiding it behind solid panels. The zinc-plated finish is a practical choice for normal warehouse handling.
