Goods are easier to manage when they can be moved, divided and parked in the same unit. This nestable roll container has three wire walls, a front door and one wire shelf, giving loose cartons, packaged goods and supplies a defined place during internal transport. The roll container is intended for professional goods handling in warehouses, shops, distribution areas, hotels, restaurants, kitchens, production facilities and care environments.

Three wire walls and a front door

The rear wall and two side walls support the contents from three directions. The door gives direct front access for loading, unloading and picking. Once it is closed, the three walls and door form a four-sided enclosure that helps keep goods inside the roll cage trolley during normal movement. The wire panels also leave the load clearly visible.

One wire shelf included as standard

One wire shelf is supplied with the roll container. It creates a separate level for smaller packages, containers or supplies above goods placed on the base. Dividing the load can make the contents easier to see and reach. It can also keep product groups or work stages apart during a busy shift. Additional shelves are available to order.

Nestable storage saves floor space

Empty handling equipment soon takes over useful floor space. This model is nestable, so several empty units can be placed inside one another instead of standing separately at their full footprint. Nesting is useful between shifts, after replenishment rounds and while empty roll containers wait to return to the loading or dispatch area. The space-saving design also helps keep back rooms and equipment areas more orderly.

Two wheel options for different routines

The underframe has two fixed castors and two swivel castors. The fixed pair supports stable forward travel, while the swivel pair helps the operator steer and position the trolley. Each nylon wheel has a diameter of 100 mm.

Choose the braked version when the unit needs to remain stationary during loading, unloading or temporary positioning. The unbraked version is a straightforward choice for routes where the roll container is moved frequently and a wheel brake is not required by the working procedure.

Electro-galvanised steel wire frame

The frame is made from electro-galvanised steel wire. Its zinc-plated surface adds protection against normal wear and corrosion, while the open structure keeps the load visible. It is a practical combination for a warehouse roll container that is handled day after day.

Although the frame is electro-galvanised, protect the roll container from prolonged exposure to weather. It can be used outdoors for short periods when conditions allow, but indoor storage helps preserve the finish.
