Two side brooms give the industrial floor sweeper a 1,000 mm working width, helping the operator collect dust and loose debris close to edges and across open floor areas. Its practical cleaning capacity is up to 3,850 m²/h, while the 50-litre hopper reduces interruptions for emptying. A large panel filter, powerful vacuum fan and electric filter shaker help maintain steady dust control during use.

The seated driving position helps the operator cover more floor with less walking, while the controls are arranged for straightforward daily use.
The SR 1000S B uses a 24 V battery system. Because there are no exhaust emissions at the point of use, the machine is a practical choice for enclosed workplaces such as warehouses and factory halls as well as outdoor areas. Battery power also removes the need to manage a trailing cable while the operator moves between aisles, work zones and loading areas.
This flexibility matters on sites where one cleaning route includes several types of space. The same battery-powered ride-on sweeper can move from a warehouse floor to a loading bay or car park without changing the basic working method. Its maximum travel speed is 5.5 km/h, which is suited to controlled movement in active industrial surroundings.
Two side brooms extend the total working width to 1,000 mm. They guide loose material towards the main broom so that dust and light debris can be collected in a single, clearly defined sweeping path. The side brooms also help the machine work close to walls, racking edges and kerbs, where a central broom alone may not reach as effectively.

An electric filter shaker helps clear accumulated dust from the filter and maintain airflow. This feature makes regular filter care easier during the working day.
Large-area capacity is only part of the job in a warehouse or factory. The machine must also turn between racking, columns, parked equipment and workstations. The compact Nilfisk sweeper has a minimum turnaround aisle width of 1,550 mm and turns within less than 2 metres. That compact turning requirement helps the operator change direction in confined areas and plan predictable routes around fixed obstacles.
The 50-litre hopper provides useful collection capacity while keeping the machine compact. Fewer emptying stops help maintain a steady cleaning rhythm across larger routes. A flap-lifting device allows larger pieces of light debris to pass into the collection path instead of being pushed ahead of the machine. When the hopper needs to be emptied, its handle and wheels make manual handling more practical. The manual-dump arrangement is simple and avoids the extra size of a high-level hydraulic emptying system.
The SR 1000S B can handle inclines of up to 16%. This is valuable at loading bays, access ramps and multi-level car parks, where a floor sweeper may need to move between levels during the same cleaning round. The machine should still be operated within the stated limit and in line with the operating instructions, particularly where surfaces are wet, loose or uneven.
An adjustable seat and steering column allow the driving position to be set for the operator. The clear control layout helps keep daily operation consistent. The machine also includes a key switch and parking brake. The seat switch prevents the drive system from operating when the operator is not seated, while the hood interlock stops functions when the hood is opened.
