One of the main strengths of this warehouse picking trolley is how easily it moves under load. The trolley uses two black Ø 200 mm balance wheels together with three Ø 125 mm swivel castors. That combination is designed to keep the trolley light to handle while still giving it good directional control in everyday use.

The built-in step unit is a practical detail that makes a real difference during the working day. Instead of leaving the trolley to fetch a separate set of steps, the operator has higher access available immediately when needed. The 600 mm step section is easy to open with the foot, which keeps the transition from pushing to picking quick and natural. Once the operator steps down, the steps close automatically, so the trolley is ready to move on to the next location without extra handling.

Practical shelf space for organised order collection

The trolley is available in 2-shelf and 3-shelf versions, giving flexibility for different order profiles. Fewer shelves can be the right choice when the goods are larger or when more open loading space is needed. A 3-shelf configuration helps separate products more clearly and keeps mixed orders better organised during the route. In both versions, the shelves are surface-laminated for a practical finish suited to repeated warehouse use.

Each shelf has a maximum load capacity of 100 kg, while the total trolley capacity is 300 kg. That gives the user a clear and reliable working range for daily order picking and internal transport. The rounded corners make the trolley feel cleaner and more finished in day-to-day handling, while the grey plastic-coated handle improves grip and everyday comfort during pushing.

The included A4 writing board adds another practical benefit. Pick lists, order sheets, route notes or other paperwork stay attached to the trolley instead of ending up in a pocket, on a shelf or under the load.
