This sturdy, Finnish-made packing material roll stand holds paper, corrugated cardboard, bubble wrap and other rolled materials used to protect goods. The roll height is adjustable on the upright frame, so the material can be pulled toward the packing surface without storing a loose roll on the bench.
Choose a low stand when one roll is enough, or a high stand when two rolls need to be ready at the same time. Both versions are available in 1350, 1500 and 1800 mm model widths. The low stand is 1000 mm high and has one roll position. The high stand is approximately 1650 mm high and has two roll positions.

A roll of packing paper is easiest to use when it is already beside the packing bench. The same goes for corrugated cardboard and bubble wrap. This packing material roll stand gives rolled materials a dedicated place at the workstation, with an adjustable position for the roll.
The Finnish-made, freestanding frame is built for regular packing work in warehouses, dispatch areas and production facilities. It is available in a low version for one roll and a high version for two. There are three model widths for each height, so the stand can be chosen around the material in use and the space available beside the bench.
The upright tube frame lets the roll height be adjusted. This matters because a packing area is rarely set up for just one type of parcel. Putting the roll at a suitable level makes it easier to guide the material toward the worktop and reduces the need to reach down for a roll stored on the floor.
On the high stand, the two roll positions can be arranged for the materials used together. Keeping both rolls within the same packing area means the operator can switch material without moving another stand into place. It also gives the materials a defined location, which is useful when several people use the same station during a shift.
Treston’s specifications for this roll stand range state a maximum roll diameter of 800 mm and a maximum load of 40 kg per roll. The roll axle is 25 mm in diameter. Check the roll’s weight, outside diameter and core against the selected configuration. A suitable frame width still needs to be paired with a roll that fits the holder and stays within the stated load.
The freestanding packing material roll stand can be equipped with an optional wheel set. This is useful when a roll needs to serve more than one bench or when the packing area is rearranged. The wheels let the stand be moved to the point of use, while the brakes help keep it in place during packing. If it will remain in one place, the basic stand provides a dedicated roll position without adding wheels.
