Pallet collar trolley for efficient warehouse handling

Folded pallet collars are easier to manage when they have a defined storage point. This pallet collar trolley keeps up to 36 collars together in one mobile unit, ready to be moved to a packing area or returned to storage. This type of equipment is also described as a pallet collar truck. It combines a storage point and an internal transport unit.

Rather than leave folded collars in separate piles around the work area, staff can place them directly on the trolley. The same unit can then be used for storage and internal transport. This keeps packing and dispatch areas more orderly and makes the next pallet collar easier to locate when work begins.

One trolley for storage and internal movement

The pallet collar trolley is designed around two everyday jobs: bringing folded collars to the point of use and collecting them after they have been removed from pallets. At a packing station, it can keep a working supply close by. After unloading, collars can be gathered on the trolley and moved back to their storage location.

Fully welded steel construction

The frame of the pallet collar handling trolley is fully welded and finished with a powder coating. The welded construction forms a rigid base for the load, while the coating protects the frame surface in normal warehouse use. The vertical uprights are made from electro-galvanised steel and are 900 mm long.

The uprights surround the loading area and help keep folded pallet collars grouped on the trolley. Electro-galvanising gives the steel uprights a protective surface for routine indoor handling. No separate shelves or storage compartments are needed: the open construction keeps access straightforward.

Two fixed and two swivel wheels

A useful warehouse trolley needs to track steadily and still turn when space is limited. This model has two fixed wheels and two swivel wheels, each measuring 200 × 50 mm. The fixed pair supports directional movement, while the swivel pair allows the trolley to be guided into position at the packing or storage point.

A version with two braked wheels is also available. The braked option may be preferable when the trolley needs to remain parked at a workstation. Choose the version that fits the floor, operating area and procedures at your site.

Capacity for up to 36 pallet collars

The trolley has space for up to 36 pallet collars and a maximum load capacity of 300 kg. Both limits matter in daily use: the load must remain within the stated weight capacity even when fewer than 36 collars are carried. The actual load depends on the weight and construction of the collars used at the site.
