This Dexion P90 pallet racking set gives you a ready-made, forklift-friendly solution for storing 16 Euro pallets in a clear, organised rack bay layout. The kit is built from standard P90 upright frames and BX100/13 beams, so it’s easy to expand later if your storage needs change.
The 1850 mm beams are sized to take two Euro pallets on each beam level. Upright frames are 3500 mm high, and the overall rack width is 3970 mm with a 1050 mm frame depth.
The P90 system complies with EN 15512 and supports beam height adjustment in 50 mm increments.
Delivered in parts. If you need a different width, height or pallet count, contact us and we’ll help dimension a pallet racking system to match your space and loads.

This 16-position Dexion P90 pallet racking configuration is a practical step up from floor stacking when you want cleaner aisles, faster handling and a layout that stays organised under forklift traffic. The rack is built from standard P90 upright frames and horizontal beams, supplied as components for assembly on site. This configuration provides 16 Euro pallet positions and uses BX100/13 beams, allowing two Euro pallets on each beam level.
Pallet racking is mainly loaded and unloaded with forklift trucks. A clear rack structure makes it easier to keep pallet handling consistent: pallets are placed on the beams, locations stay visible, and you can plan traffic routes so that picking, replenishment and inbound put-away don’t get in each other’s way. When the rack height, beam levels and aisle widths are designed for your working method, you avoid unnecessary manoeuvring and reduce the risk of knocks.
This P90 pallet racking set is intended for Euro pallets, and the P90 system is also suitable for FIN pallets, one-way pallets and customer-specific pallets. With the right add-ons, the same rack can also take different types of boxes, pallet collars and wire cages. That flexibility is exactly why adjustable pallet racking is used in so many warehouses.
Warehouse stock changes, and so do the load heights. The Dexion P90 pallet racking system supports quick beam height adjustment in 50 mm increments. A small adjustment across several levels can add up to meaningful capacity. Because the system is modular, you can also expand the pallet racking later. Extensions can be planned so that you keep the same beam profile and upright family, and add more pallet positions as the operation grows.
A standard pallet location works well when every load is a stable pallet with a clean footprint. Real life in a warehouse is usually more varied. That’s why pallet racking can be equipped with accessories that support different load types and improve daily workflow.
Depending on what you store, you can equip the rack with intermediate beams, shelf panels, mesh decking or pull-out units. These options help when you need to store smaller packages, mixed cartons, or load carriers that don’t sit perfectly on the beams. Mesh decking and shelf panels also add confidence when you want to use certain rack levels for non-palletised goods.
For fast identification and orderly replenishment, location marking is worth doing properly from the start. The accessory range includes options such as item list holders, upright guide pockets, label holders, location signs and rack labels. When every pallet position is clearly marked, stock checks become faster, and new employees learn the system quicker.
In an active warehouse, impacts happen. Pallet racking can be protected with accessories that reduce damage and support safer work. Typical safety options include collision guards and rack protection for vulnerable upright areas, tunnel protection to guard run-through zones near the floor, and safety netting or back mesh to help prevent goods from falling into aisles.
Safety is also about choosing the right configuration for the loads. If you are unsure about the load weights, pallet types or the best beam level spacing, it pays to dimension the pallet racking to the real use case. A correctly sized rack supports smoother forklift work and helps keep the storage area in line with common warehouse safety practices.
The P90 system is designed as a durable warehouse racking solution. The pallet rack beams are typically finished in orange, and the upright frames are galvanised. All parts, from the upright frames down to smaller individual components, are surface-treated to withstand external stress and demanding conditions in industrial storage. In the P90 product family, rack heights can be built up to 30 m and bay loads can exceed 30 tonnes when the system is engineered and dimensioned for those requirements. The pallet racking system complies with EN 15512.
This pallet racking set is delivered in parts. The modular structure is intended to be easy to assemble and install, without the need for special tools or specialised expertise. Once assembled, beam levels can be adjusted to suit the stored goods, and the rack can be expanded with compatible elements if required.
If you are planning a new racking area or updating an older warehouse layout, it’s a good time to think through the working method at the same time: forklift types in use, typical pallet weights, the preferred pick locations and the flow between inbound and outbound. Getting those basics right makes the rack investment pay back faster through smoother handling.
You can also contact us and we will help plan a rack solution that fits your exact needs. Pallet racking can be dimensioned to suit your space and the loads in use, whether you need more pallet positions, a different height or a different beam length.
