This steel pallet stacking support lets you place one pallet above another and use warehouse height more effectively. It is a practical way to create an additional pallet level without installing a permanent storage structure. With 250 mm of free clearance between the pallets, goods on the lower level remain visible and can be reached more easily when the load fits inside the opening.
The support is made from sheet steel and weighs approximately 2.5 kg. One unit is positioned at each pallet corner to support the pallet above. A complete arrangement uses four supports. The product has a stated load capacity of 1,000 kg.

A pallet stacking support lets you place one pallet above another while preserving a defined open space between them. This can reduce the number of floor positions needed for suitable pallet loads and keep materials grouped in a compact area. The lower pallet stays visible, and the open sides help staff identify its contents. When the load fits the opening, goods can also be reached without first removing the pallet above.
The principle is straightforward. Place a support at each corner of the lower pallet and position the next pallet on the four upper support points. The pallet spacers separate the two pallets and carry the upper level at its corners. This pallet spacer is not just an edge protector. Its job is to maintain an open gap between two pallet levels.
