Large panels and boards are awkward to move by hand, especially when the load needs to stay upright and organised. This 500 kg panel trolley provides a strong, mobile base for handling sheet materials, panels and profiles in warehouses, workshops, production areas and on worksites. Two support hoops are included to hold the load in position during internal transport.
The electro-galvanised steel board trolley can be configured with up to seven support hoops. Additional hoops are available separately, allowing the layout to be adapted to the materials being moved. The distance between adjacent hoops is 77 mm.
The fixed wheels help the panel trolley track steadily, while the swivel wheels make steering easier in working areas and aisles. Two hoops are included. Order any additional hoops separately.

Moving wide panels through a warehouse or workshop can quickly become a difficult manual-handling task. The material is often bulky even when individual pieces are not especially heavy, and loose boards can be hard to keep together while they are being moved. This panel trolley provides a stable mobile platform for loads weighing up to 500 kg. It is intended for panels, boards, profiles and other large-format materials that are easier to handle in an upright, supported position.
Two support hoops are supplied with the trolley. They create a simple supported area for the load and help keep sheet materials organised during internal transport. If the task changes, additional hoops can be ordered separately. The platform has space for a maximum of seven hoops, with 77 mm between adjacent hoops. This makes the board trolley suitable for both a single grouped load and separated batches, depending on the number of hoops installed.
The key feature of this sheet material trolley is its configurable hoop system. Two hoops are included as standard, so the trolley can be put to work without ordering a full set. When more separation is needed, extra hoops can be purchased individually and added up to the seven-hoop maximum.
With 77 mm between adjacent hoop positions, the layout creates clearly defined spaces along the platform. Extra hoops can be useful when different panels need to remain separated, when smaller batches are moved together or when profiles and boards should not be mixed in one open load area. If fewer divisions are needed, the trolley can be used with the two supplied hoops.
This flexibility allows one panel handling trolley to serve several work areas. The same trolley can then be reconfigured for another load by changing the number of hoops in use. Only the two standard hoops are included in the delivery, all additional hoops must be ordered separately.
The board trolley runs on four Ø 200 × 50 mm rubber wheels: two fixed and two swivel. This combination supports controlled movement with a heavy or bulky load. The fixed wheels help maintain direction on straight routes, while the swivel wheels allow the operator to steer around corners and position the trolley in the working area. The 200 mm wheel diameter is well suited to routine movement on workplace floors.
Production and warehouse work rarely involves one panel size all day. A delivery may contain a mixed set of boards, while a production batch may require only a few selected pieces. The open platform and optional support hoops make this panel trolley useful where the load changes but the need for orderly transport remains the same.
