This picking trolley is made for daily order picking and internal transport where the load changes from run to run, the route is rarely perfectly clear and the trolley still needs to stay easy to guide. When cartons, components or packed goods start adding up, control matters just as much as capacity. That is where this six-wheel design comes into its own.

With a maximum load capacity of 300 kg, the trolley is designed for workplaces where goods move constantly during the day. The format is straightforward: sturdy frame, practical shelf levels and wheel geometry that supports the load properly.

Six-wheel construction keeps the load manageable

The most important difference is under the frame. This picking trolley is fitted with six wheels: two large fixed balance wheels and four swivel castors. The large wheels have a diameter of 200 mm and the swivel castors are 125 mm. Together they create a trolley that remains stable under weight and easier to control when the shelves are fully loaded.

The balance wheels take the main load and help the trolley roll cleanly, while the swivel castors support steering and turning. In practice, that means the trolley feels more composed when starting, stopping and changing direction. It does not become awkward simply because the load is close to the limit. The centre-supported wheel layout helps keep the trolley manageable even when handling heavier goods, which is exactly what is needed in busy warehouse and shop environments.

The swivel castor bearings are protected against dust, which supports smooth rolling and helps the trolley stay dependable in everyday use. That matters in real working conditions, where packing dust, floor dirt and general warehouse debris are part of the job.

Both shelf configurations are available in two overall sizes, so you can choose the version that best suits your floor space, aisle width and daily load pattern. The available models are:
