Moving a loaded 600 × 400 mm box should not require a full-size trolley. This plastic Euro container dolly gives standard plastic boxes a compact mobile base, making short transfers around a warehouse, production area or stockroom quicker and easier.
Each model has four swivel castors, so the dolly can change direction in confined work areas. A raised retaining rim surrounds the box and helps keep it correctly positioned while the load is being moved. The lightweight plastic frame is easy to handle, simple to rinse clean and will not rust in a damp storage environment.

It fits neatly into storage, order-picking, packing and production routines where the same boxes move repeatedly between locations. Three models are available, allowing the appropriate load capacity and castor material to be selected for the job.
The 600 × 400 mm format is widely used for reusable plastic boxes in industrial logistics. A dedicated 600 × 400 mm dolly keeps the footprint compact and avoids the unused platform space that comes with a larger general-purpose trolley. This makes the dolly especially useful when floor space, aisle width or workstation space is limited. The frame is intended for compatible 600 × 400 mm plastic boxes. The box sits inside the surrounding edge rather than resting on an unrestricted flat deck.
A moving box must remain properly seated when the operator turns or changes direction. The integrated retaining rim runs around the load area and guides the box into position. It also helps stop the container from sliding sideways over the edge of the frame during normal movement.
All three versions are fitted with four Ø 100 mm swivel castors. Because every castor can rotate, the Euro container dolly can be steered from different sides and turned within a small area. That manoeuvrability helps when moving boxes beside shelving, around packing benches or through busy stockroom routes. The four-castor layout also allows the wheeled base to follow changes in direction without the wide turning circle of a fixed-wheel trolley.
The frame is made of plastic, keeping the wheeled base light enough for uncomplicated daily handling. Its surface is easy to rinse clean, and the frame does not rust when used in a damp storage environment. Routine cleaning also helps prevent dirt and loose debris from building up around the retaining rim.
