Pneumatic pallet dispenser for controlled empty pallet handling

A pneumatic pallet dispenser stacks empty pallets or releases them one at a time, depending on the selected operating mode. This reduces manual pallet handling and keeps the next pallet in a clear, predictable position for the operator. The unit is intended for empty EUR and FIN pallets. Models are available with protective guards or without them. The pallet-size settings can also be changed later, making it possible to adapt the unit if the pallet format used at the site changes.

Why use an empty pallet dispenser?

An empty pallet dispenser supports a pallet stack mechanically and manages the lifting sequence with pneumatic power. The operator does not need to lift each pallet by hand. In destacking mode, one pallet is made available at floor level. In stacking mode, a new pallet can be added beneath the existing stack. This makes the routine around the stack simpler and keeps empty pallets moving in a consistent way.

Two operating modes for empty pallets

The pneumatic pallet dispenser can work in stacking or destacking mode. Both modes use the same basic principle: the unit supports part of the pallet stack so that a pallet can be added or removed at the bottom.

Stacking mode

In stacking mode, the unit lifts the pallets already inside the dispenser. This opens a space below the raised stack, allowing another empty pallet to be placed in the unit. The stack is then lowered onto the new pallet. The dispenser takes hold of the stack again from the lowest pallet and raises it, leaving the unit ready to receive the next empty pallet.

This sequence allows the stack to grow from the bottom. The operator can add pallets at a consistent handling level instead of lifting them onto the top of an increasingly high stack.

Destacking mode

In destacking mode, the unit lifts the stack from the second-lowest pallet. The lowest pallet remains at floor level and is ready to be collected for use. When that pallet is removed, the dispenser detects the removal and lowers the next pallet into the collection position.

The remaining stack stays supported while one empty pallet is released at a time. This makes the pallet destacker useful near work areas where operators need a regular supply of individual pallets.

For EUR and FIN pallets

The size settings can be changed later if operating needs change. When future conversion between EUR and FIN pallets may be required, this should be stated when selecting the unit so that the appropriate configuration can be confirmed.

Choose protective guards to suit the work area

Both guarded and unguarded models are available. The guarded version uses side panels and safety fencing to limit access to the pallet-stack area during operation. Its red RAL 3020 finish also makes the protected area easy to identify. The base unit is finished in dark grey RAL 7024. The correct version depends on the planned location, access routes and working practices around the machine. The guarded option provides physical separation around the stack area.
